I had my garbage disposal and toilet unit replaced by Gray Plumbing Inc. Before our scheduled time they sent me a photo of our Plumber and a little description about himself. I believe this is a plus especially for security purposes which kept my mind at ease!!

Eric took care of everything. He is very thorough and took his time to answer all my questions. He has great customer service skills and even showed me how to troubleshoot our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend Eric and the job that he did for us! I would gladly go back to Gray Plumbing Inc in the near future.

Jeremy performed the annual maintenance on my entire home, which included descaling 3 tankless water heaters. He called in advance to give me his estimated arrival time which was well within our scheduled block. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, scheduling was a breeze. I recommend Gray Plumbing for your service needs.

This company is family and veteran owned and treated ME like family. My tech , Dontae Frank, was polite, respectful and immensely infor of all steps. While my mother and I did not plan to install a new water heater, Dontae made our issues clear and how it would be the best approach. We now have hot water again in ONE DAY. Thank u so very much for your hard work.

Tech Eric is awesome. He came to my house to fix a pipe, explain what the situation was and how it caused the leak. He fixed the problem same day. Eric and his company has a truck that comes prepared with all the tools and parts that is needed to get the job done same day.

Jeremy arrived and evaluated the situation. He seemed knowledgeable and had an aura of reliably, so I went forward with the job. As expected Jeremy performed the work quickly and professionally. He did excellent work. I signed up for their maintenance program so I look forward to working with Gates in the future.

First time with Gray Plumbing. Eric arrived on time. He was personable and articulate. Easy experience to check all
household plumbing. Repaired/replaced main water pipe into house. Completed work in a timely fashion. Looks great.

Showed up early, provided details of work and pricing and details on discount if wanted. Kyle/Chris and Eric were great, explained to me the price of repair, which was shocking but I needed it done. But because I had the funds to pay for repair I excepted the cost. But if it was not an emergency, I would have called other plumbers.

Look no further. If you have any plumbing issues be sure to call and ask for Jeremy. I had the pleasure of getting to know him over a few days of working on my home. Very professional and friendly. He was able to pinpoint the issues immediately and also assisted in hiring the proper third parties to help with the job. My home had a bunch of additional, non-plumbing related issues that lead to this plumbing fiasco and he took care of all of them. Very happy with the quality of work and the time it took him to finish. He literally left my home in better condition than when he first arrived.

Eric and his partner, whose name I forgot, so forgive me, did a fantastic job as usual. I have had a lot of work done with this vendor, and they always are experts in what they do. Totally courteous, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I trust them explicitly.

We called Gray Plumbing about some toilet and other drain issues around the house. They were timely with the response and scheduling. Very easy and intuitive. On the day of service we received a text with update on time the tech would be at the house and it included picture and bio of the tech. Arrival was exactly when they said they would be there. From the Bio we knew right away it was the tech and felt like we knew him already. They are super professional and attentive. Answered all questions and inspected all areas of the home. They share great tips for maintenance and what to do and what not to do. Yes they also fixed the major issue we had but for us the customer service from the dispatch to the tech was what made it for us. Super amazing team!!! I had an excellent experience with the employees of this company. The lady who scheduled my service appointment was helpful. The service technician who came to my home was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. He wore and changed shoe covers when going in and out of my home. His explanation of the malfunctions and repairs were clear and concise. He checked to make sure all repairs functioned properly and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Thanks for a job well done Service Expert Deontae. I will use this company for any future plumbing issues and recommend it to my friends.

This company is not upfront with their pricing.

I called to make an appointment to have some plumbing issues priced out. I specifically told the scheduler that I needed someone to crawl underneath the home to look at the issues we are having. They informed me it would be a $125 charge to come out.

When the plumber actually came out, he did his inspection but when it was time to go underneath the home, he informed me it would be a $500 + dollar charge.

I appreciate the professionalism and courteous attitude the plumber Eric had. He was very pleasant. But the company is not upfront with their pricing.

In the future, if a potential client states something specific, it would be in your best interest to let them know the pricing associated with it. I would imagine most customers would appreciate the heads up so they can make an informed decision. Because $500 dollars is a steep inspection price.

We were very happy with the excellent service we received from Gray Plumbing. We called to find out if they could assist us as our washer was overflowing with water. The next day they sent two of their staff members, Eric and Diante, and they cleaned out the clogged pipes. In addition, they discovered that we had some other issues, including the need to replace our water heater. They inspected the plumbing under our kitchen sink and our bathroom sink which had some leaks, and they recommended that we update the piping. We also asked them to install a new kitchen sink. We were very pleased with their work and the pricing, and all of it was completed within a few days. Their staff was very thorough, professional, and friendly. 5 STARS!!

A completely outstanding experience from Gray Plumbing. From the quick response from Ashley setting up a next day appointment to the awesome Plumbing Technician Jeremy that actually accomplished the repairs. I was surprised to get a next day appointment and have the work accomplished the same day. Jeremy was extremely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Service Technician Deontae was thoroughly professional while working on replacing the valves that service my sprinkler system. Gray Plumbing is lucky to have this knowledgeable individual in their employment! He explained everything that he was doing which put me at ease. I am definitely using this company whenever I need any plumbing issues!

We have used Gray Plumbing for our bathroom remodel and have found everyone to be very professional and quick to respond.
Jeremy was very nice and got right to work on connecting our vanity faucets, drains and shower and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. Unfortunately we did have leaking form the drain pipes after he left but Gray plumbing immediately sent out a service technician Kyle who fixed the problem straight away and was very thorough to ensure no further leakage.
I will return to use Gray plumbing for any future needs and would highly recommend their services.

Well this will be an easy review to give, about one of the most honest, caring all around decent people.

I would stay away from companies like this, although many people decide to get ripped off by companies like this everyday. They tried to charge my parents, both senior citizens close to 8K for the replacement of a water heater!!! What a total scam these companies know there is a type of clientele that is willing to get ripped off!! Luckily we found a local reputable affordable plumber to install a brand new water heater for under 3K!! The way its supposed to be..

On 12/4/2024, I took a chance with Gray Plumbing Inc. to repair a severe water leak near my water meter. This was an extreme emergency causing much frustration, anxiety and concern about a possible extreme repair cost. Following my call for help, a repairman (DEONTAE FRANK, Plumbing Service Expert) promptly arrived as scheduled and politely listened to my report of the problem. Afterwards, he was very clear and thorough in explaining his job policy, planned investigative work and cost estimate. He offered alternative repair ideas, keeping in mind my concern about the cost. I was very impressed with his patience in clarifying any questions I had. I was also impressed with his technical knowledge and methodical testing procedure. DEONTAE'S personality and professionalism was greatly appreciated and strengthened my confidence in his ability to successfully repair the problem, which he did. The cost was reasonable and affordable. Because of the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work that I experienced regarding this emergency, I will not hesitate to call on Gray Plumbing in the future.
