They were incredible!!! They were incredibly thorough and did an incredible job cleaning the house. They are also very kind and caring people and a pleasure to work with. They came out got the place brand new even without power working. Rob's 30+ years of experience shows in his work. He repaired multiple large holes in my drywall. Work done was professional and Rob was courteous the entire time he was working.

ROB repaired a prior contractors work that was a big mess. I wish I had him around for the last 20 years. He fixed electrical that could have burned my house down. He fixed a bathroom remodel with a sloppy dry wall job and electrical that left my bathroom unusable. He even fixed a roof that had been stripped from high winds. He is the BEST and pleasant to work with.

Rob has decades of contracting experience and does quality, quality work!
He was able to quickly trouble shoot and fix some electrical issues we were having. He did maintenance on our treasured courtyard gate so it nows hangs and locks properly.
The "big" job we had was the brick entry to our courtyard where tree roots had created a serious tripping hazard. There are always surprises and more area had to be removed than was evident. He did such a fantastic job meticulously replacing brick after removing the old concrete and tree roots. The entry looks fantastic and amazingly blends in beautifully with the decades old sidewalk!
He is great about responding to texts, explaining what he is doing and was always on time.
I would recommend his work to anyone and will call him in the future and HOPE he can fit us in...his appt list is growing and rightfully so! I'm grateful to the neighbor who gave me his business card!

Rob is very thorough and meticulous. For jobs within his scope, he knows what needs doin’ and he knows how to do it.

In my case, the house I bought a year ago had the stucco peeling off the foundation along the base of the entire exterior perimeter. Rob identified that when the stucco had been applied to the exterior walls, the installers covered up the weep holes at the bottom of the walls and that prevented moisture from draining properly… leading to the peeling stucco (and other foundation damage). He cleaned up the weep holes and did an awesome job repairing all the damage. Without any prompting from me, he made extra trips to Home Depot to get the color coat to match as much as practical. It all looks way better now. In my opinion his price was quite reasonable for many hours of difficult work in 90+ deg heat.

Rob’s text messages might be a tad verbose… but I guess that’s better than someone who doesn’t communicate at all ;-)

Robert Cerhan defrauded us out of money by demanding money up front to buy expensive materials and then disappeared without buying any material or doing any work. He is a fraudster.

This handyman business (owner: Robert William Cerhan III, born 10/1966) does not even deserve a one star and Robert Cerhan is simply a fraudulent criminal who has cheated us out of $2800. In summer of 2024, Robert Cerhan did a few handyman work for us to build trust. Immediately afterwards, he proceeded to tell us that we needed to replace our induction stove instead of just repairing it. He said that he could get new induction stove at a cheaper price and persuaded us to send him $2800 to buy and install a new stove. He then delayed again and again with various excuses, ie, shipping issues, away due to traveling etc. He never brought the new stove, let alone installed it. When he ran out of excuses, he first stopped answering phone or email, and finally just completely disappeared on us by not only having blocked our phone and email, but also inactivated this google business account at that time (end of 2024). Robert Cerhan evidently moves around and had a handyman business in Colorado as well. Now this scammer evidently has reactivated the same google account of his handyman business in Fallbrook, without thinking that we are still looking for him until we get our money back.

Rob worked on a property that I was selling in Fallbrook, Ca., in June 2023. Rob installed new wood floors, new window coverings, repaired electrical, and installed new faucets and a toilet for me.
His professionalism, attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and recommendations were paramount to me getting top dollar for my property sale.
He was honest and more than fair with his prices, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs home improvement or repairs done as I had a wonderful experience working with Rob. He even worked on Father's day for me, to ensure we could meet our desired timeline for project completion. Thank you Rob for a job well done!!
