We contacted Kevin when we needed to replace our HVAC system last year. The second story of our home was always 5-10 degrees hotter than the first floor in the summertime and we were hoping a new system would help. Morrison Mechanical was referred by a *whole bunch* of people on the "Friends of Vista" neighborhood Facebook page, so I called. Kevin Morrison called me back immediately, was willing to listen to (and encouraged me to share!) a LONG backstory about the problem. Then he offered to come by to look at it, but was willing to look at photos over the phone. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a price (less than half of other quotes!!!) and offered an available date soon. I offered to pay him for his phone time and expertise, and he refused. We just had to swap out our furnace after a home warranty guy didn’t fix our evaporator coil. Kevin from Morrison Mechanical came over, checked everything out, and gave us a fair quote.

He and his crew got our new furnace installed in just one day and even fixed some wiring issues that the last tech couldn’t figure out. Their professionalism and attention to detail were really impressive.

Highly recommend! They were recommend to us. We called to get a 2nd opinion after another company said we needed a new furnace at a cost over 12k at our annual furnace check. Kevin walked us through everything the other company said and showed us there was no issues that would require us to put in a new unit. He was very friendly, professional, and saved us a lot of money. They will be who we call for any heat issues and will be getting ac put in with them later.

I’ve used Morrison Mechanical Heating and A/C for both a system install at my house and to troubleshoot an A/C problem at my business. Kevin is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, responsive and is price competitive. When our A/C stopped working at our floral shop, he quickly diagnosed the issue and got us the replacement part installed later the same day. I cannot recommend him enough!

Kevin is the man! Great communication and showed up on time, and most importantly did the job right and got it done when he said he would. He and his crew lugged an old furnace the size of a riding lawn mower out of my attic and replaced it with a beautiful new install and fresh duct work. They were even able to upsize a chase to the other side of a vaulted room to increase flow to that side of the house. Overall extremely stoked and can’t recommend Morrison Mechanical enough!

I put out three bids for installing two heat pumps, Morrison Mechanical came in with the lowest bid. They started and finished the job on time and days stated. They were meticulous in their prep work keeping the site clean. The install went extremely well, when finished they tested the units and went over operation of the new thermostats and heat pumps. I found them to be very professional and also a couple of nice guys. I highly recommend them and would give them six stars if I could!

We have used Kevin on 2 small repairs in the past. This time the old Heat pump has to go. Kevin is a man of his word and very punctual, (that’s his military training) and if he’s running late, he’ll send a text to update his arrival time.
Kevin came out to check and measure for the new ducts and the new Heat pump. His price was right, and he’s very honest about his pricing. Gave us all the details on what he’s going to do, and when he’s available to start the 3 day project.
