Fantastic customer service. Our unit is under our house in a difficult to access crawl space. Our technician was really thorough and even removed an ancient rodent that had found its way into the crawl space. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

I wanted to give a local business the opportunity to work on my AC issue and I'm so glad I did. Jim was able to squeeze me into his already packed schedule and arrived earlier than tentatively scheduled. In minutes he identified the fault and in less than 10 minutes he had my AC up and running with nice cold air again. I'll definitely call for his service in the future and refer him to all my friends and family.

Another very well known company (their name sounds like schmanderson heating and air) tried to cram a whole new system down our throat even though or system is still fairly new. Affordable ac came out and patched us up without trying to be sneaky and give my wife a 12000 estimate like the other company.

We are still having a small issue but someone came out 1 day after talking to richard even though we are in the middle of heat and I'm sure they are very busy.

My air handler sprung a leak and water caused damage to my ceiling. Kevin came out, found my air handler wasn’t up to code , he raised my air handler, installed a drip pan and ran drain lines so it wouldn’t happen again. He did a fantastic job and I would 💯 use him again and recommend him to friend and family.
