Highly recommend this plumbing service. Jason & Jose provided great customer service & explained everything they were going to do & provided great options for me to choose from. Jason went above and beyond with service provided not only do I have 2 leak free sinks now but they also have great drainage as well. Will definitely be calling Jason for any future plumbing repair.

Awesome service, not like many plumbing companies that just want to sell you more services. Jason was friendly and he knows what he’s doing explained very well issues that we had to take care of and he handled his business on a Sunday afternoon. Jason is awesome very reasonable in price, dependable! Jason redid my bathroom and he was very good and completed the task in the time he said he would. Another time I needed Jason after he completed my bathroom he said he would be there later that day cuz he was on a job I Panicked cuz a knob broke on my backyard faucet busted so I called someone else out and for what they had to do the price was ridiculous, so I had to come myself down and wait for Jason he was there soon as he completed his job and took care of the problem way less than what that other company quoted. Very happy with my experience with A O Dowd plumbing, my family and I were having issues with our plumbing and needed it fixed asap. Be that as it may it was very late in the day and we were expecting rain. Jason and his associate came by and fixed the issue in great time, he was very informative and friendly. I can honestly say that I was stress free as soon as he arrived and will be definetly going to Jason again with any plumbing needs.

I moved to this area two years ago, and it was my first time calling a plumber, being very careful , I had four companies come and gave me quotes on descale my tankless water heater, and a whole house water filter system. Out of the four plumbers I met, Jason stand out.
First, he is quick to response and on time. Second, he is very professional, and very patient to explain everything that needs to be done. So after the first appointment, I can almost envision what needs to be done. Third and the most important thing is that I have a great deal. I have a tight budget, and Jason is so kind to provide the service and meet me on my budget. Forth, the service is excellent, I would give a ten star if it is available. Jason installed the whole house water filter system the next day I approve the proposal. He did a great job, very detail oriented. He even walked extra miles to fix the cracks on the wall around the pipes just to make me a happy customer!

There are many experienced plumbers, but not everyone is patient with you; there are also many plumbers that can fix your problems, but not everyone has a heart to bring a big smile on your face by walking an extra mile like Jason!

Our water pressure regulator broke just past dinner time, we had to turn the water off so the super-pressurized water doesn’t run and damage our pipes and stuff. Jason responded that night and was able to get everything fixed by lunch time on the next day.

What stands out with Jason, besides being responsive and professional, is his ability to communicate. He’s really good at educating us about the issue briefly and clearly, and providing options so we can make decisions confidently.

I called them Friday evening and made an appointment for a free estimate for Saturday morning. Hector showed up on time on Saturday. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He got to work and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with A O Dowd Plumbing because of fair pricing and also because of Hectors knowledge and politeness. They got the job done right and at a fair price. I’m definitely recommending them to my family and friends. Great job guys! I’m definitely a customer for life.

Needed repair of water heater. Call Dowd Plumping. Call returned right away. Professional service and great communication. Jason was great , very friendly and trustworthy. Searched for parts to repair my water heater, however it was outdated. Unit was replaced with new upgraded model in a timely manner and fair price. Would highly recommend and will only be using this company in the future!

Jason and his guy saved the day again! We woke up this morning with water leaking from our tankless water heater. We had no idea what was going on and we both had to go to work. Jason showed up in the morning and diagnosed the issue immediately. Turns out we had a faulty water heater and he took care of everything regarding the warranty. We didn’t have to lift a finger or do a thing! Talk about customer service! He called the company that makes the water heater and gave them all he info and got us a brand new one the same day! He waited around the neighborhood until we got off work to install it after we got off work just because he didn’t want it to continue to leak. Call Jason. He is also super friendly and professional. Nice to know good guys are still around!

Jason is an awesome plumber! My family and I have known him personally for 23 years. We had some plumbing issues and called Jason to come out he’s there in a timely manner and his prices are very reasonable and his work is awesome. AO DOWD Plumbing did a complete repipe put in a water softener unit and cleared all the drains!!! Very competitive pricing for the services he provided… with up-to-date equipment!!!! A job this size will run into some unforeseen problems… Jason Kept us informed through the whole process… Letting us know what they were doing and what was being accomplished each day And in the process Ethan and Mike we’re just as willing to readjust when I wasn’t happy with a particular process. I waited one week to write this review to see if there was any problems… I am completely satisfied and happy with the work done. Jason is very knowledgeable and keeps himself up-to-date and a very pleasant guy to work with I highly recommend him and his company. As a homeowner this was a huge financial decision that we were making… Going with AO DOWD Plumbing was definitely the right decision!!! Jason.. you should tell the whole truth about this.. 1st.. when you came out the first time, you said a new burner was between 225 and $250. and you didn't have your gas sniffer with you. You couldn't smell gas too well, something about your nose. 2nd.. there was a total of four visits to my home, you the first three and Anthony the last visit.. 3rd.. I tried calling you twice to see if we could work something out, but you would not answer or reply to my voice mail. 4th.. you never mention in your reply, you telling me at least twice that you would take care of the problem. I know it was a used Burner, and yes, we wanted Hot water right away, but to sell me a used burner for $400 that didn't work correctly even one day.. that's bad business.. especially telling me you would make it right, from the very first visit..

I had some issues with my boiler and their website was very clear on their expertise in that boiler so I called right away. They were were a little outside my area so Jason spent 15-20 minutes over the phone walking me though how to diagnose and fix it myself. I was able to get it up and running. I’m impressed with his knowledge of the boiler and personal skills to communicate everything very well, not to mention going out of his way just to help. Very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

A O Dowd Plumbing exceeded our expectations. My initial conversation with Jason made me feel confident that we found the right plumbing company. A O Dowd Plumbing sent a plumber named Anthony to replace our kitchen faucet. Anthony was great. He knew exactly what to do. We now have a new kitchen faucet that works perfectly. We have found A O Dowd Plumbing to be honest and fair, with exemplary integrity. We give A O Dowd Plumbing the highest recommendation.

Called them for my tankless water heater stopped working and was beeping code 10.

Found out before they arrived, the painters had covered the vent partially.

When Jason showed up, he explained one of the safety features, to prevent carbon monoxide build up, was it shuts down the system. Really informative interaction, really appreciate helping me understand the system better, and didn't even charge a service fee!

Awesome service from Jason and Luis, they fit us in their schedule real quick at every appointment. Jason gave us honest advice that provided confidence in the decision-making process and saved us a lot of money and effort compared with competitors who weren’t nearly as informative about our options. Luis was lovely to deal with, very informative and went the extra effort to make sure everything we needed around the house was taken care of. They did everything in their power to make sure we understood our options, their personal recommendations, and the entire process. I mistakenly called another company to unclog my main line. that company was out there for 15 minutes and said they couldn't unclog it and that we need to hydrojet it for $795 and that our pipe might be burst. I dismissed that company and was still required to pay 99 even though they didn't do anything. I called A O Dowd plumbing. They came within an hour and explained every thing. we're 10x more knowledgeable and reassuring. They said they wanted to snake and see first and they said if they couldn't snake it they couldn't charge me. Anthony was out there for 15 minutes and unclogged it instantly. He even ran water for 10 minutes and snaked further in the drain just to make sure.
Anthony was amazing and saves us several hundred dollars will use them again! If you are considering them it's an easy yes just do it.

I had Dowd plumbing come and do some repairs on my kitchen sink. They replaced all the pipes underneath and replaced the garbage disposal. They did a phenomenal job and were very clean and professional and informative. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Top notch team. So many of the companies these days are always trying to upsell and take advantage. Not these guys straight forward and up front and professional. Thanks.

I've found my plumber after 25 years of being a homeowner. Didn't need anything major -sweat off and replace a spigot/ hose bib along with a toilet fill valve - but Jason and Anthony were straight up and solid. First time I've felt absolutely confident I will call a plumber back for future work. Highly recommend.
