We had an amazing experience with your company. Nathan did a good job. He tried his best to unclog the kitchen sink with the snake on the first day but it didn’t work. He came back the following day to use the camera to find out what’s going on and he saw a lot of grease build up. Nathan and Noel water jet the pipe and it worked well now. They’re knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommended.

Today Larry W. came to address a toilet issue and was so very pleasant and professional. He patiently explained the process for my repairs needed. He worked quickly an efficiently. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a shower valve body replacement done by Hector from Mr. Rooter, and the experience was outstanding. The original valve was seized, and a simple cartridge replacement wasn’t possible. Before starting the job, Hector took the time to clearly explain this possibility so I knew exactly what to expect if we ran into that issue — and sure enough, when it happened, there were no surprises.

He also went above and beyond to educate me on why this happens over time, which I truly appreciated. As a customer, that level of transparency and honesty means a lot. The valve body replacement was completed flawlessly, and his craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch.

Great service, they came out to an emergency flooding and had it handled within a few hours. Honestly, when other plumbing companies didn’t have an available technician, they came out almost immediately and fixed our flooding problem! Highly recommend

Had a remodel in my mobile home and most plumbers told me they couldn’t work on them. I called A.S. Plumbing they said yes they work on them. So they sent out Corey who was very knowledgeable and got my new shower valve installed in an efficient manner of time.
