It’s 200.00 just to have them come check out the job. Then you have a to pay 200 for them to go back get parts and come back to do the the job.. 400.00. Man I should call the smell good Plummer’s.

No water able to be used during COVID and this company took their time and made us wait. Did not consider us to be urgent because we had basement bathroom. No kitchen during COVID, very non-compassionate

I simply say, this is the worst nightmare and horrible company that you can call for your plumbing. I believe other customer's reviews explain their work reputation as well.

Our condo complex had a gas leak that was quickly located and repaired by the James Le Court team. The plumbers were very professional and took the time to explain the situation and answer our questions. Thank you!

$135 charge for 30 minutes. Plumber found crack in hose. He did not look very well because there is still a leak somewhere else. guy not very knowledable didn't offer any solutions. will find another company.

Worst Customer Service, and from all the references I got for the quote, is the most expensive. I had someone come in for HOA work (as they were designated as the HOA plumbing service) had the worst customer service with the person on the phone. Did not want to listen and just talked over me.... I was at loss for words.... and just moved on.

I am shocked that this company is still in business. Do not use their services. Our association uses them for all of our community repairs and we are just a number to them. They could not care less about their customers. They don’t communicate well at all and their scheduling is horrific. If you don’t mind waiting a lifetime and paying a fortune to have your repairs done, then by all means, give them a call.

Our HOA uses this company and they have terrible scheduling and communication with homeowners/residents. I have missed multiple work days for repairs scheduled and cancelled by the plumbing company. Previously lied to my HOA company about not being able to get a hold of me for repairs that needed to be done in a neighboring unit. They ripped up a hole in my closet wall to repair the neighbor's plumbing and cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs and days of work missed.

I had a pipe leak in our garage ceiling and called Le courts office, the lady on the phone was super nice and made me feel like she cared about my problem. She set a time for someone to come out with a 3 hour window, they were on time and plumber was super nice and got the job done for a fair price.
I highly recommend this company and would use them again. -
These guys were hired to unclog my neighbor's kitchen sink when I was at work and they punchered the common pipe shared and released nasty water all over my kitchen floor and my living room and also ruined my late mom's hand woven persion carpet in the process. After a month of anguish, they still haven't paid for my carpet and giving me the run around. They tell you what they're going to do but never get to it. I have called them many times and did what they ask me to do patiently. Their customer service is a joke and I would never give them the job even if it were free. Buyers be aware...

They came out next day and check what needed to be done. That was last Wednesday 1/06 and said they would give me a quote on work . After 2 calls asking about quote no response It's Sunday 1/10 and haven't heard anything.
I called again to check out my scheduling status and found out they never received my email and the contract signed and my credit card information . So after I repeated that process and send it again confirmed after I sent it they got it I was scheduled 2 days later to have work done. -
This company is contracted through my HOA. There is a current, active leak at 9:35 PM on 1/2/24. The water is clearly coming underneath the adjacent building, however, the plumber does not notify any of the 4 units in that building but instead comes to my unit and leaves a flyer without addressing the issue. Does not talk to the actual unit under which there is a huge stream of water.

Water should have been back on but they were already 20 minutes late. I called the office to find out what's happening because there is not a work truck here. He was gone. Got caught in traffic on his way back. Why is the water shut off if there is no one here to work on anything? The lady who answered was so irritated that I asked her that. She said they are allowed to have it off until 3:30. I get it. That is what was scheduled. But why have it off if no one is doing anything? Did he leave and forget to turn the water back on? 8 hours without water when I have a small child at home is a long time. I need water to give her a bath. Make food. Clean. Water is very necessary in the restroom. Ugh!!

I had a leaking pipe in the kitchen and it was pretty bad by the time I realized it. They clamped it and left without any word about when they would return to replace it. Fast forward 3 weeks, there is 2 inches of water in my kitchen due to failure of the clamp bandaid fix. This flood added MORE damage to my existing water damage situation. This resulted in the removal of the flooring in my bedroom., which is only 2 years old. After I told my HOA about this did they show up to replace the pipe. These guys do not seem to care about people and their property. It’s too bad my HOA is too complacent to find a better plumber.
