Water Heater Specialists saved our family from having to endure cold showers by installing a new water heater on short notice and it was on the Mother’s Day holiday too! Responsive from start of telephone call with Walt who was manning the telephones with his expertise knowledge to Mack who was our hero technician that installed our new heater. Mack addressed all of our concerns and questions, was on time, courteous, and super knowledgeable about all that pertains to water heaters. We knew we were in good hands. Reasonable prices too! Don’t hesitate to reach out to this company as they will help resolve your water heater issue asap!

Came out within the quoted time.
Had everything needed to replace a leaking water heater. The technician, Rich, did an excellent job and had everything working within a couple hours.
I needed the work done right away so I didn’t complain about the cost, but the “convenience” and labor costs were at least double what a competitor would charge.
So if you need the service immediately, by all means use them, but be prepared to pay handsomely.
(And no senior discount)

Ernesto was great! Very professional! He was on time, explained everything very thoroughly, let me know my options, and explained the value of the water heater its self and the warranty with it. Job was 2 hours and done thoroughly. Would definitely recommend Ernesto and Water heater specialist!

Super lightening fast speed installation. I called at 5pm on a Thursday and by11:30am on Friday the next morning my new water heater was installed. Better and more secure installation than previous one. I used this same company 18 years ago, and used them again. You can see why!

We had a leaking water tank. Ernesto was super communicative and professional. He patiently explained to us his diagnosis and recommendations. He also respected our needs to compare and perform duel diligence on our options before making the decision to move ahead. The installation was quick. The model they used is one known to be more durable than other vendors. Highly recommend!

We experienced a ruptured pipe external to our water heater that was spewing hot water which turned our garage into a steam room. Nick, with Water Heater Specialists, arrived at our place within an hour of making our emergency call. He was knowledgeable, professional and simply an all around good person to work with. We plan on having them do our water heater replacement down the line and highly recommend them.

We discovered out water heater had a leak late at night. Called them the following morning, the person on the phone was really helpful explaining the process. Rich came over soon after, assessed the problem and provided us with our options. Replacing the filter was done really efficiently.
