Two skilled technicians, Dillon and Max, carried out a soft wash with chemicals to clean our clay-tile roof this week. They also cleaned our roof gutters and washed our windows. After their work, the roof and house look amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Since my house insurance company, Safeco, demands a roof cleaning service for the next year renewal, I hired Maxx ECO Wash to perform a roof and gutter cleaning service on 2/3/2025. Peter and his staff did an excellent job removing algae, moss, mildew, and debris from my 20+ years old roof. The whole process took more than 5 hours.

The prior estimate and approval were both done online straightforwardly. Before and after the service, a drone was used to capture photos to inspect the differences. I received a service report and the photos the day after.
Peter is very kind to explain everything during the process. I am more than happy to see the roof's new appearance and expect the roof to remain good condition for years to come.

Peter and his team are very patient, friendly, and professional. I had to get my roof cleaned for insurance purposes (Safeco). First time submitted an online quote request and Peter called me within a very short period of time - didn't expect it to be that quick! Then after, the entire process was so smooth. Peter explained each step with me over the phone and emailed me the estimate. He would send out reminders before the appointment and on the day of letting me know when he will arrive. Afterwards, he emailed me before and after photos of my roof to submit to the insurance company. He and his team made everything so simple! Maxx ECO Wash did a FANTASTIC job on our roof! They took before images and after images, they looked amazing! We are so happy with their work. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous. They cleaned up after their work, and left the house looking fantastic! They went above and beyond with our expectations.

I contacted Maxx ECO Wash to clean my roof in preparation for a solar panel installation. My contact with Peter was very professional and informative. He was prompt for the appointment and was patient with me in explaining the process. After discussing the condition and age, 35+ years, of our concreate Spanish S tiles he suggested using the soft wash method for cleaning the roof. This method doesn’t rely on scrubbing the roof, but a solution to remove the moss, mildew, lichen, & dirt. The result was a very clean roof that exceeded my expectations. Peter even came out to do a test section of the roof to give me a better idea of the end result. My on-site team, Dillon & Max, were on time and very professional. Instead of rescheduling, they worked around the rain we had and completed the job that day. Peter and his team worked really hard and did an amazing job cleaning our roof, solar panels, siding, gutters, terrace and driveway free from dirt, moss and mold. The before drone photos provided are an excellent reminder of how much they have done. The house looks transformed. They were extremely professional and reliable whilst also having to navigate the storms we had during the process. They were great to work with and we are extremely happy with their work. We had a firm deadline with our Insurance Company. With very short notice on our part, Peter was so kind to accommodate us and come on a Saturday. He and his Team worked past dark to complete the job. They came back a day later just to take additional photos to be sure we would have zero issues. After a couple of particularly wet winters, our 16 year old roofs were littered with moss and debris. We contacted Peter at Maxx ECO Wash to see about getting them cleaned. He came out the next day to inspect and later that day we received a very reasonable quote and got onto their schedule.
Leading up to the job, the communication and updates were excellent and he and his crew arrived as scheduled.
On site, he and his crew worked very methodically, explaining the how's and why's of what they were doing. They were extremely polite and considerate of our property, tarping any furniture and plants that could be exposed to chemical runoff, and exercising caution in terms of placement of ladders and other equipment. Their equipment and methods are state of the art, and it was clear that integrity and longevity of our roofs was not being sacrificed in the cleaning process.
They finished as scheduled, and the results were great. We are extremely pleased, though Peter emphasized that if there are any follow-up concerns he would be very happy to address them. They provide a good warranty on their work. We would heartily recommend them to anyone who feels their roof needs a "Spa Day".
