Horrible service. We’ve been working with them for months and can not get a hold of anyone. Now we’re getting emails threatening they are going to put a lien on our home!! Still can’t get a hold of anyone and whoever Bailey is never returns calls! Also the bot that responds to these and lists an email well it’s not monitored.

Had my solar system installed Last year October they had install the panels three times they moved my batteries about four times. They just can’t seem to get anything right it is now March 19 of 2025. Keep in mind I had everything installed in October 2024 was a poor service poor craftsmanship. I still have no solar at my house. I have a whole bunch of panels doing absolutely nothing. they broke my sprinkler valve in the backyard about three separate times due to all the frequent damage to the sprinkler valve. They damage the wires that connect to the front yard to turn on the sprinklers in the front yard. They said the same technician out here on multiple occasions it still don’t work I give you guys advice spend the money go somewhere else. These people are awful and Chris Teller I’ll say his name again Chris Tellercannot get nothing right I don’t even know how this guy keeps a job.

Freedom forever came in and installed My solar panels did an amazing job. They were very communicative. Humberto waited for me to get home from work so he can explain to me what he did as far as all the electrical work did a real nice clean job thank you. I highly recommend freedom forever

I have had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this company. A sales representative persistently visited my residence and contacted me excessively by phone. I ultimately terminated a prior contract with another provider in order to do business with this company, which has since proven to be highly unreliable. As others have reported, my system is not functioning properly, and I have received no communication from either the company or the monitoring service. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, including those directed to the original sales representative. Despite having solar installed, my energy bills remain high—exceeding $300—and I am still obligated to make payments to the company. I intend to pursue all available avenues to address this matter, including media outreach and legal consultation. It is deeply concerning that a company would engage in such neglectful business practices.

Scam alert! Them and their partner Everbrite are terrible. Sales rep “Bryce” may try to pretend to be on your side but it’s empty promises and now 3 months of ghosting, despite multiple attempts to connect. Awful service from both companies!

They wired the oven wrong when putting system back together and blew the igniter when we tried to use the oven. Lucky the house didn't burn down. Have been getting the run around ever since (a month and a half ago). And their customer service people like to tell you things like, at the end of the day there's nothing you can do but wait! They had to come back multiple times to get things working right. Went to make a complaint with the BBB they're not a member, yet have 13,000 complaints.

This company hires extremely rude and unprofessional employees that have no respect or regard for other people’s personal property. Stay away from them. If I could give them negative stars I wouldn’t. The installation crew is also extremely disrespectful to females.

These guys suck! Dont do business with them! Carlos Gonzalez came to my house to offer Solar. He said he would give me a $500 gift card to Costco. I've been almost 6 months in and havent recieved anything. I was supposed to get an app to check my solar panels if they are working and never got anyone to help me. These guys just want you to sign and forget all about you. Nobody do business with them. I wish i wouldn't have rushed it.

I’ve had nothing but the absolute worst experience with this company. I was scheduled to have a solar maintenance check up & the technician never showed up. When I reached out to see what the issue was I was in their phone queue for an extended period of time only to be told that my appointment was rescheduled.. yet no one has reached out to me and informed me of the change. As a result, the issue was escalated over to a supervisor who rescheduled me for their soonest appointment at the end of the month.. A technician arrives ask for someone other than me( the current homeowner) is told that there is no person here by that name and leaves. These technicians failed to use critical thinking skills & reach out to their homesite or supervisor to I confirm the information they just got in the car and drove off. Mind you I’ve had a technician reach out to me via text to inform me of initial appointment. I then had to reach out to the company yet again and inform them of the situation only to be told that the technician Had already started working on his next assigned project. Which is BS because the second he drove off I was on the phone with the company.

The overall customer service experience has been horrible. I’ve been waiting months for this company to come out and perform a diagnostic test. At this rate I’ll probably be waiting a year until they are able to get me a set appointment. Will anyone involved in this situation be held accountable? Probably not. We as consumers always get the shitty end of the stick. I personally did not pick this company my solar company did. I did however request a different company to come out and complete the job. Hopefully that fixes the issue. I do not recommend reaching out to this company for assistance if you are given the option.

Someone at the company dropped the ball and failed to schedule the appointment with the Utility company. This forced me to sign the "Customer Authorization" twice. Once in December (which expired), then once again on February 4, which will be expiring again soon.

Ron is a great guy! Very knowledgeable in his craft and incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend him. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
