Constraction reviews in Freedom, California

I cannot say enough great things about Joel and his team at NorCal Coast Construction. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget.

Communication was seamless throughout, with regular updates and a willingness to address any questions or concerns. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean each day. It’s clear they take great pride in their craft, and it truly shows in the finished result.

If you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend NorCal Coast Construction. I will absolutely be calling them for any future projects!

Joel and his team are great. A professional, hard-working team that does quality work at a good value. I've used them for a few projects -- retaining walls, balcony repairs, deck repairs -- and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with NorCal Coast Construction! They were incredibly quick when I needed a fix for a hole in my tenant's bathroom, which was caused by a leak. It only took them two days to find the source of the problem, fix it, and completely replace and restore the affected area so it looked like there was never problem. I highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying, I have worked with a multitude of contractors both personally and professionally. I’ve only found a couple that I actually trust to follow a timeline, do things properly and do things right. Joel of NorCal Construction is number one on my list in those regards.

Every time he shows up, I know that I can carry about my day and my schedule Without having to worry about what’s happening With whatever project I have going on.

He has also not been one of those contractors that just drops some people off and leaves to another site every day. Although I understand that may have to happen from time to time, for the most part, he is in the trenches with his crew.

If you find yourself in need of Home repairs or remodels or ground up building, I would highly suggest calling Joel.

Thank you, NorCal Construction for always coming through with quality work!

Joel and his team built two gorgeous sheds for us. We needed to replace our old tractor/tool shed on the existing concrete slab and also needed a new storage shed on a raised foundation. We gave Joel a list of all the features we wanted and he included them all. They also left the site in pristine condition. We really appreciated Joel’s professionalism. Highly recommend!

Great Company! After going through five! bids from people who flaked, I finally got lucky! Working with NorCal Construction was an absolute pleasure. Joel was professional, carefully explained what he was going to do to (fix my outdoor window framing which was rotted through), gave me a proper bid and his team did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

We have use NorCal Coast Construction for 2 major projects and one minor one. in all 3 they proved excellent. Joel is an excellent communicator which helps a lot during the construction process. All work done on spec and on time.

I called Nor Cal Construction for some help I needed right away, I was a little stressed and needed his help with an inspection of my home. He didn’t hesitate. He was at my home the next day. He reassured me that he would be able to take care of everything.
Joel is such a great guy, he was able to have my report within 2 days. He called to follow up a day or so after I received it and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered.
Joel made things happen right away. I will most definitely call him for any future needs. I encourage anyone looking for a contractor to call Nor Cal Construction you won’t be
disappointed 😊

Used Aptos plumbing a couple of times now, last one was an urgent request, they responded on a Friday late afternoon and came out to help, no reason to look further for 5 star plumbers.

Great service from Todd. He came out to remove a main line clog right away. He was friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. I'll stick with them for all future plumbing needs.

Aptos plumbing came out to fix a clogged toilet and sink. I was traveling at the time. I thought he said $250 (which I thought was expensive for an hour, but fine). And then I got a bill for $500 - for 45min of work and no parts. I complained and told them like I felt like I was getting scammed and they said nope that's the price you pay for plumbers in this town.

flwp: so when I was surprised at the pricing after you sent it, you're basically saying I didn't listen to what I was told? Sure, go with that. You communication skills are obviously super clear. Just so I'm clear, I feel scammed and ripped off.
