We used the Holiday Light Pros to install the permanent Trimlights on the house. The process was super easy. They got the lights up 10 days after we placed the order. The salesperson Todd was great and did an amazing job talking about the light options and helping us choose the right layout and color channel to best conceal the lights. The installers were absolutely awesome they were careful and deliberate about the install carefully thinking it through and when they finished the lights not only looked great but I think they left the yard cleaner than it was when they got there! I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Communication was timely, clear, and professional. They have a great system in place for clients to communicate what they want complete with pictures for confirmation. While they are expensive, the service they deliver is worth the cost. They sent a team of four gentlemen who worked for 6 hours straight. The house and yard looks amazing. They manage all the lights throughout the season so you can enjoy the beauty of the season without any of the frustration. They also offer a significant discount for a three-year commitment of leasing the lights. Mani was very professional and thorough. We some issues with getting the right parts, but I believe that was more of an issue of poor communication by Solar Edge. I have been totally impressed with EnergyAid and I subscribe to their service.

The team at EnergyAid was helpful from the first contact, through a referral, to the outreach from Manuel, and the site visit with Nicholas. Experience, understanding, respect for customer and property, all stood out! I had a complex panel and microinverter swap that required a full system assessment, Nicholas was on top of everything and knew all the elements of my system. The team got things in motion, started monitoring our rooftop solar and developed a plan to correct the 6 panels in our 53 panel rooftop system. There team has "experts"!

Service was excellent, where no one would even look at my system because they did not install it, no issues service with a smile and speed and efficiency, would recommend there service and monthly service program and save even more!

We recently had Erik come out to service our system as we had no power being generated. Within minutes he suspected we needed to have the inverter replaced. He went through his check list and contacted the manufacturer. He worked with them to troubleshoot our issue and they also concluded the inverter needed to be replaced. He inspected the solar panel on the roof to make sure everything was OK. He took lots of pictures and at the end of his inspection he reviewed everything with me. He gave me opportunities to ask questions and was happy to answer all questions/concerns. He clearly laid out what the next steps would be before he left. I would happily have him come back in the future it the need arises. Top notch technician
