Jeff is a true visionary and his work is exceptional. He designed and installed a spectacular 15-foot waterfall and stream in our backyard. Jeff is very easy to communicate with and just an all-around wonderful person. Jeff and his entire crew showed real ownership and pride in the project. The guys always arrived on time ready to work and left the site in an orderly fashion every night. This kind of pride and dedication is hard to find in a company now a days. I’m so happy we found Jefferson Landscape and Design.

I highly recommend Jeff for any landscaping project. I provided him with just a rough sketch and a few inspiration photos, and what he brought to life far exceeded my expectations. Every morning truck number 14 drives with a trailer and goes above the speed limit in and out of traffic. Cut me off of several times. It looks like this company has a trouble driving the speed limit

Well, New Image has been our Landscaping company for over a year and all I have to say is a picture or pictures are worth a thousand words. A note to Pablo "TURN ON OUR WATER". New Image thinks that if the lawn is not watered they don't have to mow it, (which just so happens to be why we pay them). Our lawns were lush and green before New Image was hired.

New Image has been handling our landscape maintenance, and they do an outstanding job. The crew is punctual, respectful, and meticulous. Our yard looks better than ever thanks to their consistent, high-quality work.

I looked into many different companies before choosing Koch for our backyard project, and we are really happy with the final product. Garrett was patient with the changes we made to the design and offered helpful feedback to make sure everything was done right. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The finished work looks really elevated, and it never felt like any corners were cut along the way. Garrett really makes the whole process easy for homeowners and I definitely would recommend this company to others.

Very professional, detail oriented, amazing results

High end finishes (expensive) and an attractive end result but very poor customer service, and a surprising amount of incompetence and dishonesty. I'm happy to provide specific details of our very unpleasant experiences with Koch and Associates to anyone considering doing business with this company.

I have used Koch and Associates for big jobs and smaller jobs with the firm handling all aspects of the work, from design, permits and installation. Very high quality professional workmanship. I highly recommend them to all my friends for landscaping needs.

Beginning 30 years ago when we first used this company - and continuing through three more jobs - they have been consistently professional, helpful, and well organized. They must treat their employees well, because they seem to go above and beyond in their work. Beautiful outcome most recently on our "new" backyard!

Very professional, clean. It was wonderful working with Doug, Paul and Garret. They were well on schedule, did a continuous work, without taking other jobs in between. The construction and materials used including sprinklers are of top quality. It's been a month only, and will watch how they all hold up over time. Some things which didn't appeal to me were communicated and they were responsive about corrective measures. Will highly recommend.
