Signed contract June 14. Caleb only give copy after repeated requests. He didn’t start working on a very basic patio cover until the middle of September. Also after all kinds of excuses. I requested a copy of the building permit . Still waiting……..
I noticed some leaks and requested additional sealant . Caleb made an another empty promise and never send someone over to fix this .
I can not recommend this company

The team and service you get from them is the best hands down.

Original was a wooden cover that was rotting and would leak when it rained. Went with an all black aluminum cover and it looks amazing! With the teardown and rebuild, they knocked it out in just over 3 hours. Thank you!!

I found Robert through a Google search, and he performed an outstanding job for me. His work was both honest and reasonably priced.

Adam is wonderful! Very thorough and efficient work at our home while installing our shutters. There was a snag with the delivery of supplies from Lowe’s, no fault of his, but he tracked down my order to get started immediately. Super clean, couldn’t even tell he was here. We GC’ed our own custom built home. We decided to go with F1 and we couldn’t have picked a better framer. Not knowing as much as your typical GC, Francisco made it so easy and explained the whole process. We made small changes as the house was going up and they had no problems with us making the changes. Had two bedroom floors done today, went to the store and 2 week ago and pick out the material, two guys removed the carpets all the service was great, will have the 3rd room done by the end of the year.much thanks to the installers.

I’ve Had Robert come out and do various dirt work for me. He has scraped and cleaned my property, moved dirt, and leveled areas that I have needed. He always does a great job. He is reasonably priced and always conscientious of time and money for the customer.

The quality of materials and workmanship for my project was extremely poor. We spent about $90k on fencing and gates for our new home in 2022 and everything is already falling apart. They used to thin of metal to support my 20 and 25 ft entry gates so the welds have broken and the metal bent from the weight of the gate opening and closing. The wood quality was very poor and installed incorrectly. They used interior self taping screws and split the wood when installing so I have had to replace about %30 of the wood originally used. The customer service and warranty is terrible. When I reached out to Justino I had to message him multiple times to get a response and when he finally did respond I was told that “it’s out of warranty”. I am now having to fix the gates my self. For a $90k project I expect these gates to hold up from a decade at least before things have to be repaired. The gates and fencing is only 3 years old and I have had problems from the get go. Do not use this company if you value your money and quality work. You will get cheap materials at a premium cost with little to no customer service.
