My wife and I have visited the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Fresno on three separate occasions while planning a full kitchen remodel for our home. We were prepared to spend over $20,000 on a new high-end refrigerator, among other items—but after our experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Each time we visited, we were completely ignored. Not once did an employee acknowledge us, say hello, or offer assistance. The staff remained seated behind their desks, focused on their computers, and never even looked up to engage. For a showroom that features premium products and caters to homeowners making significant investments, the complete lack of basic customer service is both surprising and unacceptable.

At this price point, I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism and hospitality. Unfortunately, Ferguson Fresno fell far short. If you're looking for helpful guidance or even just to be treated like a valued customer, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I think they need a course in public safety and driving etiquette!! This driver decided to cut me off, dang near side swipe me!! Better learn your lesson buddy before you get a bad accident and have a lawsuit against you!!

These are seriously the best people in town! We changed our home entertainment cabinets to fit a larger tv. Our house was built in the early 90s and was only able to fit a small, 30 inch tv. JM redesigned our cabinets to fit a much larger tv of 60 inches and the matched the aged color perfectly. Truly skilled at building custom cabinets for your home. Quality work and craftsmanship. I highly recommend these guys

These guys are professionals. They stuck to the timeline given and delivered a beautiful product. They installed it in no time. You need to keep in contact with them because they are very busy. The screen we had installed is awesome. We will definitely be contacting them again for any other projects.

Great Service

Incredibly dangerous drivers

We currently have a service contract with TK at a senior and disabled facility in California. When first acquiring them it was fantastic service, but the last couple years the service is absolutely terrible. Last year we paid for new backup batteries and were told they were installed(which was very expensive). This year the state inspector said the batteries were extremely old and not even hooked up! So TK previously had us pay for new parts but lied and never replaced them?! TK now states they will replace the batteries at no cost but it still has not happened after two months. We have two elevators and one has been down two months, hardly anyone answers back and when they do it's an excuse or pushing the responsibility off to another employee. I have so many emails practically begging them to to help us - TK employees that did good jobs are leaving the company and the new employees don't seem to care or have way too much of a work load. Due to the fraud with the batteries, promises of service that never happens and non-communication we are now looking for another company to service our elevators. I'm not sure how they expect to keep customers with this type of behavior. Hopefully my pleas on email and this review will prompt some type of change.

Jeremy is a very rude and unprofessional person. I couldn't actually tell you if he's any good at his job or not cause he no showed multiple times, when I simply asked him when he was able to come he got very unprofessional about it and told me "bro be patient" and "nobody else was gonna get to me within the next 2 weeks". He even demanded payment up front cause he said he believed he was gonna have problems receiving payment from me after he already flaked twice. When I told him that I was gonna go with someone that is willing to act more professional he said "I was just making his day better by cancelling" and "I'm just another 500 dollars". Clearly a person that doesn't care at all about providing a service and making customers happy.

Kept getting ghosted, been trying to reach out for a gate installation but they stop responding after a few messages.

I will start this review by saying it should count as two reviews, because Ismael was highly recommended by a friend familiar with his work. I obtained three separate estimates to have the popcorn ceiling removed from my entire home, but felt most comfortable with Ismael and confident in his knowledge and expertise. Ismael accommodated our schedules and completed the work in two phases based on our needs. Ismael and his crew were respectful, hard-working, and went far beyond what was expected! I am grateful beyond words!

We had the absolute best experience with Honest Outdoor Living! From start to finish, Caleb and his team were incredible. Caleb took the time to listen to our ideas and helped us design the patio cover we had always dreamed of. He made the process seamless—ordering our materials quickly, getting us scheduled right away, and having the entire project completed in just two days! He was also the most competitively priced of the 3 bids we received.

His crew was fantastic—professional, respectful, communicative, and truly kind people. It was such a joy to work with them. They paid attention to every detail and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We are in love with our new patio cover, complete with two fans, and it’s truly transformed our outdoor space.

GH Granite & Marble did an amazing job on redoing our business' bathroom countertops. They were very efficient and listened to all of my requests and concerns. Their prices are very reasonable and they made our vision come to life. Highly Recommend!

From demo to completion they were amazing. They worked quickly but throughly. Took into account every detail that even we didn’t think of. I am in love with how my kitchen came out!

Working with Jason and his crew was an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first call, he talked to me very honestly and openly about the different options available to me. He made it clear that epoxy was not the right solution for me long-term and we proceeded to schedule him to grind, polish, and seal 2,440 square feet of concrete. The process took about 6 days. He arrived on time. He was easy to work with and he and his crew were always professional. They left the job site tidy each day at the end of work and got started first thing the next day to keep the project on schedule and on budget. The results are amazing. The floor went from chalky, dusty, and rough, to completely smooth, shiny, and sealed. Liquids just puddle on the surface now. It was so smooth, in fact, I was able to host a roller skating party immediately afterwards and people had a blast. After that event, Jason's brother came to give the floors a clean and remove some of the scuff marks. He was easy to work with as well. These guys are true professionals, have decades of experience, and know their tools & trade. I can highly recommend them—at least for any concrete-related work.
