I have been fortunate enough to have purchased my 1st home with McCaffrey and the experience has been nothing short of extraordinary! As a first time buyer, navigating the buyer process can be daunting and then throw in the process of building the home - it is not for the timid! But the McCaffrey team was with us the entire way! They guided us through each step of the buying process and every phase of the construction process. We were well-informed and educated all throughout our build. McCaffrey takes pride in their quality of construction and has great attention to detail - we couldn’t be happier with the way our home turned out. Even after the completion of my home, their level of care remains a top priority.

Working with Jason and his crew was an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first call, he talked to me very honestly and openly about the different options available to me. He made it clear that epoxy was not the right solution for me long-term and we proceeded to schedule him to grind, polish, and seal 2,440 square feet of concrete. The process took about 6 days. He arrived on time. He was easy to work with and he and his crew were always professional. They left the job site tidy each day at the end of work and got started first thing the next day to keep the project on schedule and on budget. The results are amazing. The floor went from chalky, dusty, and rough, to completely smooth, shiny, and sealed. Liquids just puddle on the surface now. It was so smooth, in fact, I was able to host a roller skating party immediately afterwards and people had a blast. After that event, Jason's brother came to give the floors a clean and remove some of the scuff marks. He was easy to work with as well. These guys are true professionals, have decades of experience, and know their tools & trade. I can highly recommend them—at least for any concrete-related work.

Central Valley Awning’s team is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They arrived on time, went right to work building our new patio covering and cleaned up everything when the project was completed. The patio covering is absolutely beautiful! I have bought vinyl flooring Twice from F.L. and have been satisfied with the outcome.
Customer service is Good, walked into the store and was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable sales associate.
Recently I purchased 1,700 square feet of toughlock prime -mission hill vinyl plank (WPC)
28 mil, 12mm thick. It's considered commercial grade which I installed in my residential home, family of 4 with a shitzu dog.
I was sold on this product for its look, wear layer, thickness and price. ( got it for $2.99 sale price, regularly $4.99 a square foot)
I felt like I was getting value for my buck as other options at this store and other competitors I checked out before offerd less wear layer protection and the thickness was thinner, usually 8 to 12 mil and 5mm to 6mm thick at $2.99 to $3.50. ( based off of this, I made my decision to purchase) on the quote it was disclosing that there is no warranty on squeaking/popping/crackling, so I asked about it, with the sales associate using the term floating floor and that it would make these noises because there is no adhesive holding it down. Knowing this I decided to purchase anyway, I said to myself how bad could it be. ( read a couple things online about this and got from it that not even the best floor prepping and best installer could avoid these noise, minimal maybe but not completely get rid of them) In my case it's quite a bit, but I'm learning how to live with it. (Cold weather enhances this)
Also the variation of design on planks is limited, I think 7-8 planks a case, the same exact planks in all 77 cases I bought. (This could not be determined with samples and demonstration at show room)
Order arrived within the time-line given and picked it up with no issues at their warehouse in clovis.
I have had this floor installed for about 4 months now, I can tell you that compared to 5mm to 7.5mm thick vinyl flooring this 12mm has a softer landing( what I mean is that it feels softer to walk on, WPC vs SPC) SPC is more durable for Dents and drops because its denser and thinner, WPC is softer and has a warmer feel and is better at absorbing sound. I recommend that you do a thorough research, so that you make the most informed choices so that you are content with your floor purchase.
Overall I'm content with the floor, hoping for the best.
(Has a hazy look when sunlight hits the floor and in one of the pictures you could see a dent on the floor due to my teenage kid dropping hydro flask on it, kitchen area) 🤦‍♂️

We recently hired Elite Cabinet and Aztec Granite and Tile to remodel our entire downstairs living space which includes our kitchen, living room, formal dining, formal living room, bedroom, full bath, half bath, butler’s pantry and a custom cabinet entertainment center and wine bar with sink. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional and truly skilled at their craft.

The team worked diligently to transform my space, and they paid great attention to detail. The new tile floors are beautiful and have completely changed the look and feel of the rooms. The kitchen remodel exceeded my expectations with modern finishes and smart design choices that have improved both functionality and aesthetics. I wanted plant shelves by the sink, an extended island which now serves as our dining room table, new under cabinet lightening and a completely new pantry that was once the half bath. The new full pantry now has more storage than I will ever need and is more functional than our old butler's pantry which includes a small fridge for drinks, 2 super susans, 2 trash cans, outlets for our appliances, and lots of open shelving.

Throughout the project, they maintained a clean workspace and were respectful of my space, which is something I truly appreciated. You really do get what you paid for. Very high quality materials and high quality craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Noe and his team to anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling team.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Our biggest regret is paying these people for our side gate. So many things have been bad. It would take too long to name everything. The quality of the work on the frame was not good. They came back to fix some of it after we requested better work, they came back a few times (took them forever, didn’t communicate with us, no urgency etc) and it still looked so crappy. We let it go. We just wanted to be done with them. They gave us a small discount for all the “trouble”. It’s only been about one or 2 months and there’s already alot of chipping in the black paint. The handle/latch is NOT working so we are now having to pay elsewhere to get it fixed. We looked up the keypad they used online, which is very cheapy and they surely double charged us for it. I am seriously confused with the “good reviews” online. They definitely fooled us. Biggest heartbreak and regret going with this company. Save your money and go elsewhere, they are NOT worth it.

Craftsman like Craig are a treasure. I bought a Victorian rocker high chair that I fully intend to actually use for our first child we are expecting in April. It was in great condition cosmetically, but needed a little TLC as far as functionality and sturdiness. Craig made it good as new, and now I have this gorgeous piece of (likely) 120+ year old history for our child. He is so friendly and fun to talk with and obviously takes much care in the work he does. I highly recommend Newcastle Co!

I highly recommend AutoGate Supply. I called and spoke with owner Alan. He was so helpful educating me on the different parts I would need. Alan explained that his company does not do installation but that he would refer me to a good contractor. Alan and S&M Iron met me at my house later that evening to go over the project and determined the parts I needed. He got me the quote promptly. Their price on the parts were very reasonable, but I was most impressed with their customer service. They answered all my questions and worked with the installer to complete my project promptly.
