About the business:
After many years of helping people remodel their homes I decided that I would open my own business. Providing a service to the home buyer or seller in getting the current condition of the home they are buying or selling. Buying a home is the biggest investment a person will make. They should know the condition of the home and what if anything is going to need attention in the future.

John is an amazing home inspector! As a first time homebuyer I have little to no experience in what to look for when looking at homes. But John was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind in answering my questions. Highly recommend Mr. Costa for home inspections!

John did an amazing job at inspecting our potential home. He was very efficient and took his time with every little detail in the home. He was very friendly and open to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future for other homes!

John is fantastic to work with. His communication and attention to detail are second to none. John was very easy to schedule the inspection with, showed up on time and communicated all the issues he found with us in detail. I fully recommend using Costa Home Inspection.
