I hired him again 8/2026 for a home I made an offer on and he did a very good, detailed job, including my concern re electrical b/c it was a 90 year old home. I also hired an electrician to inspect the home and TNT was on point with the electrician. I will hire him again on up and coming purchase.

RichardIP provided pre-listing inspection on a home that we inherited. He showed on time and completed the inspection, explaining every step along the way. Many of the items that he found were corrected, and he updated the inspection report - removing the items/defects, which was very helpful to allow us to "clean up the report" before we found a buyer for the home. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

C S.I had a leak in my kitchen island and the plumbing company I used had refer me to Rex and his team for water mitigation and reconstruction of my island. Rex and his crew were quick to respond and brought his fans over to mitigate the water damage on my island. I had informed him that I needed my cabinets preserved because I was selling my home and worried that the cabinet color were no longer available since they were installed about 9 years ago. He said it could be done and made sure the cabinets were saved from the water damages. His construction team, Kevin and his crew were quick to restore the island once the water on the island was dry enough to work on. They were professional and cleared up the drywall debris after the island was completed. Rex and Kevin made sure to let me know that they wanted me to be happy with their service and that the island was fixed to my satisfaction. They take pride of their work and it shows! Call them when you need a restoration team and reconstruction!

Completed a home inspection for my house I was selling this summer. After the buyers reviewed the report, the buyers asked for $50K in repairs for a new roof and air conditioning. I hired a roof company who provided a roof certification at a cost of $700 and an air conditioning repair bill of $260 and sold my home to another buyer.
