Tried to upsell me on items I already had done. told me the metal to metal sound on one of the doors was plastic rollers , sprayed it with WD40 , it only lasted a day and is back worse than ever. Left a mess on my floor. Left a mess on my toolbox and stereo from plaster installing the buttons. The buttons on the wall don't match and are not Liftmaster parts, used or bootleg. Not sure now if the motors are real. Put the old motors in my recycle can, and packaging, not recyclable. Has to move two heavy motors to the right can. Should have took it all with him. Charged way too much.
Daniel came to confirm the measurements of the doors being replaced. He had the brochure, the selection of colors and his bid was reasonable. He had to order the doors but once received he will set up a time to install.

A standard professional tune-up is advertised to ensure the safety, balance, and longevity of a garage door system. Instead, the service I received lasted only about 10 minutes and felt entirely like a predatory sales pitch rather than actual maintenance. The primary action the technician took was checking the door balance. Rather than performing the necessary adjustments on my perfectly good existing spring, he immediately jumped to a high-pressure recommendation for a $1,000 repair to replace the spring and drum rollers. Charging for a comprehensive tune-up when the technician spends mere minutes onsite and fails to perform the core safety and maintenance checks is unacceptable.
Great customer service and honest. They tell you what is needed and what is recommended. They don't lie to you telling you that you need add ons you don't need. Highly recommend them!
