Read moreRudy is an awesome person to work with! He sat down with me and my wife and was friendly and informative. He discussed at length the differences between having a new container, a used container and what we would get with either. As he repeated to us what we wanted, he also wrote down any and all suggestions. He gave us a timeline and conferred with us how long it would take, what would be added, and how and when it would be delivered. Bryce was the driver and deliverer and he did a heck of a job putting the container into a tight spot between our lawn and our RV parking canopy! Rudy runs a top notch business and delivers as promised!
My experience is just like other users: Jason Englebright starts strong and finishes weak - if he finishes at all, which in our case he did not. We started a job with him in April that he swore would take 2 weeks tops. It was still not done in June! And still isn't done today. One day he just never came back - I had paid about 85% of the total bid at that point. He insists on being paid in cash as much as possible, and like the others he used my CC to get supplies which in the end I have no way of knowing if he really used on our project or not. He is an unprofessional disaster with a list of excuses 10 miles long. He pressures you for money every time he comes, but promises to come and then disappears for weeks at a time citing sick dog, broken truck, illness, etc. Early in our job, when we were pleased, he asked if another prospective customer could come see - after starting a job with him based on our good recommendation at that point, she ended up unhappy too! One day he just never came back, with our house half painted, shed incomplete, nails sticking out everywhere, poor workmanship, unfinished and sloppy painting and woodwork, and INDOOR staining on the decking (none of this is indoor). Stay far far far away.
Wish that I could give him negative stars!! Jason Englebright and All American Storage wrote a contract with me to fix my roof and build a storage shed. HIs estimate started out fair but he would not show up if I did not continue to pay him even though I had already paid him nearly $130 an hour. (Showed him the math... Funds that he received divided by the hours he showed up...) His skill set is questionable and he has no integrity. I fired Jason Englebright after he did not show up for days. I hired a real contractor who had to tear down the whole structure because what Jason Englebright built was unsafe. The footings he built were set in only a few inches of concrete and the boards that he started to build the structure on were not even nailed in. I am so relieved that he did not continue the job. We've had several phone calls and texts in which he agrees that owes me about $8,000 and said that he would pay me back but never made any attempt to send a single payment. Had he finished the job, I would never know how unsafe he could have made my home. Don't make the same mistake that I did. It was a terrible experience and a huge risk to trust this man with my money, time and most importantly my family's safety.
I had a written contract with Jason englebright to build a playhouse and deck in March 2015. The agreement was that I would pay for materials and 50% of the labor cost after the first week. The last 50% of the labor cost would be paid upon completion of the project. Mr englebright collected payment and brought supplies charged to my CC and would not show up for weeks at a time. When he does show up, he would put in a few hours of work and pressure me to pay more. It is now August and project is still not done. I've paid him 90% of the agreed upon labor cost and have not seen or heard from him in a month. Additionally, many of the materials and supplies that was charged to my CC was not accounted for. I believe Jason englebright used materials that I paid for on his other projects. What he manage to complete on the projects were unsafe and I had to get another contractor to fix his work. Example of his unsafe work: stair case where my friend fell right through after the 1st day, nails sticking out of the playhouse, loose floorboards, nails sticking out at random places on the deck, not bolting in the posts for the deck. The few that do have bolts are missing nuts, leaving an absolute mess on my property. Beware. HE IS NOT LICENSED. He sounds cheap on his estimate but will con you out of materials & supplies, do unsafe work, and end up costing more to get another contractor to fix his mess. Don't believe me? Message me and I'll send u some pix of his work.
Jason is a shyster. He promises the world and false time frames when all he really is after is ripping people off. He does a mediocre job and expects his half ass helpers do the dirty work. Which is why his sheds are painted like a 4 year old painted it. I was so uncomfortable with him and his worker at my home I would not leave the house. Not very trustworthy.
Jason Englebright, ( dba All American Storage Sheds) and I entered into a contract last November. Not only did he not complete the job, he left owing me a lot of money. Come to find out, he re-used some of my old flashing, etc. when I had paid for new materials. Beware!
