Read moreDid an opinion for an insurance company which led the company to deny my claim. After my objection to Mr. Jundt's report , it paid the claim in full.
Art was awesome to work with. He got back to me about my questions super fast and was very knowledgeable with my needs! He was very thorough and took the time to explain all the nuances. I would highly recommend working with Art.
Avila and Associates are one of the best small businesses I have ever worked with. Art is a local member of our community which makes his work more beneficial to our community He is very professional and has excellent communication skills. He returned my inquiry within an hour and was very flexible with my schedule to give me a quote. Promptness 10/10, Professionalism 10/10, Responsive 10/10, Price 10/10. Most of all, I appreciated that during my quote he was able to explain everything to me to make sure my business was up to code and was even willing to help with my permits included in his quote. I enjoyed that he is a one man shop and that the work was guaranteed. He honors his work, no run arounds, no penny pinching, no hidden prices, an honest small business. Thanks Art for your help and a job well done.
This company continues to impress me with their vision and design. I'm serving on a team for work to help take our vision and bring it to fruition. I wish I had taken more photos of the inside, but the design inside is spectacular. Truly a lot of thought was put into the layout. We were greeted immediately upon entering and offered coffee or water. We all met in the conference room which is spacious and from what I can remember, can house about 12 people. We are working with Aaron, Wylene, Jeff and Esther and they are just fantastic to collaborate with. They are patient with us as we describe our vision and make our ideas come to life on screen and paper within a matter of minutes. I particularly love Wylene because she is so real! She knows what's happening with other projects and brings ideas I never would have imagined. SIM is on some big, BIG projects. To see the initial renderings compared with the final product is like HGTV Property Brothers. LOL
I flew to Fresno to give a presentation at the local ashrae chapter and then chapter president welcomed me to her office so I can catch up on work before the lunch presentation. The office has plenty of parking and is easy to find. There are located on the 2nd floor of a nice building. They gave me a free desk to work from and everyone has been super nice helping me setting up with WiFi and get coffee, basically feel at home. I was also surprise to notice that every office has a picture of the employee with their nam at each cubicle. They have soft skills guide all around the office, they obviously care about the work environment and emotional intelligence. I was think that I would want to work in a place like this. Thanks for having me!
