The pdf of this inspection was very clear, categorized, and thorough. Eric did an excellent job reviewing his process of conducting the inspection after completed. This enabled me to make a proper decision on moving forward with my agent!

Eric did an outstanding job with my home inspection. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he was professional, respectful, and personable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood his findings. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a thorough and knowledgeable home inspector.
