Apex Electrical are an exceptional company. They were extremely courteous and professional. Not only that, they came out and fixed our problem promptly. Didn’t have to wait at all. They were there in less than 30 minutes. The Electrician, Peter, was outstanding and thorough. He went above and beyond for us and were very grateful. I picked them because the Ad said Family Owned, and that’s exactly like we felt. Like Family. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Apex Electrical!!!!

My AC was causing the house breaker to shut off every couple hours. Nisan was very diligent and methodical in troubleshooting the root cause of the problem that saved time and money from replacing unnecessary parts. Super knowledgeable and informative to show amperage data and exact point of failure causing the issue. Hector was also able to restore faulty electrical outlets that had melted
wiring in back of due to shoddy wiring workmanship. The was seriously a fire hazard waiting to happen and Hector cleaned it up nicely.

Elijah and his team did a great job installing ceiling fans, hardwiring my security cameras, and diagnosing and fixing the Cat5e cables throughout my home. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and everything turned out exactly how I hoped. Definitely a solid experience—I'd recommend them.

Excellent Service from Apex General Inc.!

I am very excited to write this review today! I recently experienced some issues with my AC system and contacted my home warranty program, which sent out a technician to inspect and perform a tune-up. Unfortunately, when they left, I was disappointed because nothing was fixed.

I reached out to a trusted friend who works for Apex General Inc., and he recommended their services. He spoke highly of their quality of work, and I was not disappointed. I scheduled an appointment, and Technician Nisan Cruz from Apex General Inc. arrived promptly at the scheduled time.

Nisan introduced himself and asked me to explain the issues I was experiencing with my system. After our discussion, he went directly to my exterior unit and began work. He conducted his inspection outside, showing me videos, pictures, and measurement readings of his initial findings. Nisan was eager to inspect the attic as well, which he did thoroughly.

After troubleshooting, he identified issues within my attic and explained how they affected my system. The upstairs rooms were about 5°F cooler than the rest of the house. Nisan pinpointed the root causes and corrected the issues as he found them. We then walked to my room vent, and I immediately felt a significant difference compared to before his arrival.

I was extremely happy with the work and service Nisan provided. His work ethic and customer service are exceptional—something I haven't seen in a long time. I cannot express enough gratitude for his dedication and professionalism. Remarkably, all of this was done within the scope of the inspection and at no additional cost!

Thanks to Nisan’s expertise and commitment, I will be a lifelong Apex customer. I wish more industries had professionals like him.

Additionally, two other technicians came out the same day to inspect my electrical panel. I regret I didn’t catch their names, but they both demonstrated the same level of professionalism. Apex truly has top-notch professionals all around!

We had an electric outlet installed on the outside front of the house for a new water emergency shut off device. They arrived as scheduled and were very friendly and professional, Chris and his partner were very quick and did an excellent job. No wasted movement or time. He even showed me how to open the new outlet box so I wouldn't have to fight with it, it was not as easy as one would assume. The quoted price is what we paid. Very happy with Apex General Inc (Electrical Power Source) and their techs. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

I called Electrical Power Source for installation of Grizzl-E Ultimate EVSE. I initially contacted Qmerit but the quote I got was too high. So I ended up googling a reliable electrical company and Electrical Power Source turned up with 5 star rating out of 117 reviews. So I took my chance, on the day I called, they sent Timothy Becerra on the same day to inspect my electrical panel for free. Who is very courteous and polite gave me a very reasonable quote, way better than I was expecting. Since my EV charger will be arriving later on the same day he had to comeback the following day. However, the company send a different technician this time, he's name is Oscar Uribe . He arrived 15 minutes earlier. He is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions I asked, he works carefully and organize, does his work patiently and in no hurry. As I watched him work on the inside of the EV charger he meticulously make sure that all the connection is properly secured. And when he is done he asked me to plugged my Honda Prologue to make sure that it is working. Highly recommended. They even have a videographer to document the installation, and all of them are very nice. If I can rate them higher than 5, I would.

Oscar and his partner did an outstanding job installing my EV charger. They were beyond professional and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. Oscar even went the extra mile to help me reset my home camera, which I really appreciated. Before they left, they made sure everything was clean, properly installed, and working perfectly. Their patience and positive attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service!

Electrical power source did an awesome job! Great customer service from the beginning when Tim came out to give an estimate to the ladies in the office (Regina and Destiny) to the technicians out in the field (Gerardo,Andres,Pete and Elijah). They are a five star company! They changed out my electrical panel and installed a few ring cameras 😊

After calling two other local electricians with no luck, I got lucky! EPS had a ladder tall enough to get my fan installed the SAME DAY I called them! 😁

Electrical Power Source provided accurate quality installation of added outlets. The conduit work was straight and plumb. All the wiring passed inspection. It was a neat installation, something I’m proud of. The site was picked up after and left clean. The electricians show a lot of pride in their finished job. The planning and over site was done by a supervisor that made sure it was complete and done right. I highly recommend Electrical Power Source.
