Billy with SES came out to my home June 27th for an issue that started after a power outage. Explained the issue and our failed attempts to trouble shoot. Billy responded to all calls and questions, arrived to complete service and he was done within the hour. Above and beyond customer service and corrected the problem without having to rewire or any other costly services. We’ve had one power outage since with no issue. I can now use multiple outlets in my kitchen and office without having to remember this would cause a power trip. No longer a problem! Thank you Billy and SES! If I could give +5stars I definitely would. I recommend SES to anyone having electrical issues. Could prevent a possible fire!

We had an emergency over the weekend with our breaker panel. Scott talked us through how to problem solve the situation on the phone and did not charge us for his time or expertise. Sunergy has definitely gained a customer for life after going above and beyond with Scott's excellent customer service.

I want to take a minute to share my experience with this company a few months ago. I called because I had a partial black out in my house. I waited a few days because I know hiring electricians can be expensive. So I started making calls. I found Sunergy in Fresno, CA, and I talked to Scott. He was amazing! I was in between jobs and told me he couldn't make it that day. But he walked me through how to reset my electrical box Over the Phone! Thank you soo Much Scott, you're the best, it worked!
He saved me $250 bucks which I didn't have at the time. Next time I need an electrician. Sunergy will be my first call and I will gladly pay their fee.

On one of the hottest days of the year, 108 temp.
Our electricity decided to start being flaky!
We blew a main breaker. At roughly 2:00 pm. 🔥
We called our insurance. They can get someone to call tomorrow!?! But what about tonight?!?
We called Sunergy Electric Services and we sent them our address and pictures of our breaker boxes.
Billy came in less than a hour.
He had our problem diagnosed with in ten minutes and went about fixing it all up. Had everything running in less than thirty minutes!

Dealing with many challenging electrical issues and needed help. Contacted Sunergy and asked for Billy Wilson who was recommended to me. He took great care of me and explained all of the repairs in detail which I appreciated very much. I would not hesitate to use them again as they came out the same day I called them and Billy simply could not have been more professional.

Billy from sun Sunergy electric has taken care of our electrical issues a few times now. He is responsive, reliable and has reasonable prices! There was faulty wiring in my house prior to purchasing that we did not know about, Billy made sure we were aware of it and we had it fixed. After returning home from a trip out of town I found my outdoor fridge without power and a breaker popped. Of course it was after business hours. Sunergy was great about making sure I could save our contents over night so they could come first thing in the am and save me from paying after hour service fees and overtime. Billy was prompt the next morning and extremely kind. He assessed the entire space and came up with a great solution for us; one that we should have done years ago. Since he was here he also took care of some outlet issues in my daughter’s room. I also felt comfortable enough leaving for a quick appointment while Billy was here.

A couple weeks later the breaker popped again. Billy came back. In the initial visit he suggested that our air compressor could have been bad. On this visit he was able to determine beyond doubt that it indeed was faulty and causing additional issues. I had agreed to pay the service fee just to get him out here for peace of mind rather than self diagnosis, but because it was such a simple fix Billy reduced the charge for me. I highly recommend the company and will request Billy or the young gentleman who was in training with Billy for all future electrical needs. They are great, very knowledgeable and efficient. Billy was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I had a weird issue with flickering lights that he'd never seen before but he had such a deep understanding of his work that he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. On top of that, he took the time to explain it all to me so I could understand what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate a second to recommend him and I'm so grateful to have found my go-to electrician!

Even though the new staff is helpful, be vigilant because they are very inexperienced and consistently mess up your orders.
