We were first time customers, our solar panels were extremely dirty, had not been cleaned in over a year, not only did Jon clean our solar panels one time, but went over them again a second time for free, and made them look brand new. You can’t ask for better service he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to get their solar panels cleaned & we will continue to use him for solar cleaning for years to come.

Had a massive bird problem under our panels and the panels themselves needed to be washed badly. Called and got a quote over the phone with very competitive pricing. Came out a few days later and cleared the entire bird problem from the roof, put up netting, and cleaned the panels so well that they looked like brand new. The team was very friendly and explained how long it would take. Will definitely recommend them and use again. A+.

Asked for estimate, employee needs to work on his customer service, I wanted to know more information on how they clean the panels & instead of explaining he ask “ARE YOU TRYING TO SCHEDULE OR NOT” Rude & really unprofessional. Feel relieved I didn’t go with this company, solar scrub business name really fits them, customer sounded like a scrub. Thank you 👍🏽

My Solar panels git 50-75 increase of power
He was about 20 minutes late I'll get over it with output increase who cares if your late. Had to edit my post not changing my stars rating but I got to add more pictures. The before & after pictures. Tomorrow I will add the 24 after my set of 10 panels what the output was. Adding 1 more picture this is my 10 panel system output after 24 hours of the cleaning. Went fron 9.1 kwh to 16.8 kwh after cleaning. So what if he don't show on time it's the power you make that counts in the long run.

Jon came out to my house exactly when he said he would and went above and beyond with our job. Pigeons had been nesting for years so you can imagine the mess. He noticed other areas of the roof that needed “bird proofed” and also did that work for us! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Solar Maintenance Pros have been very professional to work with. They were flexible when scheduling and did a great job with the panel cleaning. They did the cleaning while we were not at home and I couldn’t tell that they were there. Nothing was out of place and they cleaned up after themselves.

So far I have had 2 free cleanings on my new panels and both times we've had scheduling problems meaning they give a time that they'll be here and they're HOURS late screwing up my whole day. I got a free cleaning because of the 1st scheduling problem that I will be using soon. I was told that when they're here they're supposed to inspect the solar unit which both times they never did.
UPDATE: Chloe called to resolve gave me 3 free scheduled cleaning. They were on-time and did a good job. Appreciate their effort to make things right!

Jason was the Solar project manager for my house. He kept me in the loop at all times. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with everyone who worked on this project. The electrical subcontractor Jim, did an awesome job installing a new master Solar Breaker box. He truly cares about quality! The Job site inspector gave Jim high remarks for his attention to details and quality. The job site Solar installation leader Donovan and his team, (Ryan, Jorge and Jose) were true professional and went over and above to ensure they answer all of our questions and did a thorough clean up after the job was done!
