Investing a lot of money into a Control4 system only to face overcomplicated issues after a brief power outage is incredibly frustrating from a consumer standpoint. When our power came back on, the system defaulted to a setting that the initial setup technician never even informed us about, leaving us stuck.
However, these stressful situations can be completely mitigated when you finally get to speak to the right people—those who have a true dedication and professionalism in resolving customer issues. If you rely solely on the staff who answer the phones, you might just add further to your frustration.
Thank goodness people like Kori and John, the technician who came out, are there to help get you back on the road. John got our Control4 up and running seamlessly, and both he and Kori demonstrated the kind of expertise and customer care that saves the experience. If you use Linkus, bypass the initial phone hurdles and frustration and ask for Kori, for your home audio.

Overall Experience: A+

From the start, the team was very diligent in communicating the steps and updates. The installation crew was friendly and did a wonderful job. On top of that the pricing was fantastic compared to other bids I received. It was extremly helpful that they dealt with the county for licenses and inspections. Basically all I did was provide input on how and what I wanted and then provide the payment.
