  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Investing a lot of money into a Control4 system only to face overcomplicated issues after a brief power outage is incredibly frustrating from a consumer standpoint. When our power came back on, the system defaulted to a setting that the initial setup technician never even informed us about, leaving us stuck. However, these stressful situations can be completely mitigated when you finally get to speak to the right people—those who have a true dedication and professionalism in resolving customer issues. If you rely solely on the staff who answer the phones, you might just add further to your frustration. Thank goodness people like Kori and John, the technician who came out, are there to help get you back on the road. John got our Control4 up and running seamlessly, and both he and Kori demonstrated the kind of expertise and customer care that saves the experience. If you use Linkus, bypass the initial phone hurdles and frustration and ask for Kori, for your home audio.

  I recently worked with Megan Jean from LinkUs Energy during my solar interconnection process, and she made what can often be a stressful and complicated experience feel smooth and manageable. From start to finish, Megan was incredibly responsive — replying to my emails and calls quickly, often within the same day. She was patient, clear, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through every step of the interconnection paperwork, followed up with the utility company on my behalf, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her proactive communication and positive attitude turned what I expected to be a headache into a seamless process.   Overall Experience: A+ From the start, the team was very diligent in communicating the steps and updates. The installation crew was friendly and did a wonderful job. On top of that the pricing was fantastic compared to other bids I received. It was extremly helpful that they dealt with the county for licenses and inspections. Basically all I did was provide input on how and what I wanted and then provide the payment. Big Thank You to Megan and John for handling the job professionally and making my life easy by doing all the work.

  Grateful I had an entertainment surround sound installed by LinkUs! I especially would like to thank Megan Jean (System Designer) for an exceptional job. She was very thorough, answered all of the millions of questions I had, extremely knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Anytime I had a question, she was simply a phone call away. Also, thank you for Gabe, who put my surround sound together. He was very kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I love my surround sound and would definitely recommend it!

  When you schedule service, they bill hourly, and if you get an estimate for goods/services, the total is outrageous! They take much too long to do the work, while you pick up the hourly tab. The quality of parts used are barely acceptable (they use cheap wires, accessories, etc.). The quality of the workmanship is poor (I had to repay them to fix work/services that they performed improperly). They pad the price on their components steeply (they grossly overcharge you for products you can get online much cheaper). I have used them several times, but will be looking for someone new. I do NOT recommend this company.
