He gives a pamphlet with a list of prohibited items and objects that are extra charges. He is a great communicator, prompt in responding to calls and text, always friendly with a smile, and helpful in answering questions to pick the right size dumpster for my needs not to mention an excellent driver, he was able to fit the dumpster perfectly in my narrow driveway which made it easier to load. Awesome service! Really simple process of booking online and having them deliver and pick up the dumpster. Website is very user friendly, and pricing is transparent. Loved not having to call and just being able to see all costs online. Mike is very friendly and communicates with you before drop off and pick up! The cost for size of dumpster was more than worth it. I was able to get rid of all my junk in one go and the additional costs for appliances was way more affordable than it would have been for me to pay someone to come haul it off for me. Definitely will use again in the future and recommend.

Mike is a great guy. His dumpsters were clean and didn’t come with flies incense that were unpleasant. He really went out of his way for me because of my disabilities. He’s a man with a heart and would love to see him and his business again trust worthy diligent on time and honorable person . I have GBS gullian barre syndrome.. we were trying to make things around here safer for me so that meant a lot of clutter and trash had to go affordable prices and great people. Don’t waste your time and money with other companies go for the gold!
