Mike with Valley Dumpster Service provided our family with excellent Customer Service and help during a whole house and yard clean up. The people who previously occupied the home left over 7,500 lbs of appliances, trash, and debris behind and I didn’t know where to begin. After checking out different dumpster rental places online, I called Valley Dumpster Service. Mike answered every time I called, I called a few times because I had lots of questions, and he directed me in finding the most cost effective solution to our problem. We ended up filling the first 30 yard dumpster in less than 4 hours. We realized we needed to rent a second dumpster after the first one was picked up and Mike helped us out again. Both times the dumpsters were able to be delivered the next day. The dumpsters were clean, nicely painted and Mike delivered them with a smile. We experienced good prices and great service from this business and I would highly recommend Valley Dumpster Service to anyone needing dumpsters for their job!!

Had a great experience with Valley Dumpster. The process to reserve the dumpster was great. I was able to ordered it the day prior which was not the case with other companies. I was even able to extend the rental last minute. Great customer service.

They delivered my Dumpster earlier than I expected (Which I appreciated) I did not choose a specific time. They provided a card with information of what was, and what was not allowed in the dumpster. I still had a couple questions and was provided answers within 5 minutes of texting them. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. And yes, I am a real and first time customer.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a paid service, but Valley Dumpster went above and beyond with fantastic communication and proactively helped me select and "right size" the proper dumpster. Highly recommend their service!

Will definitely use again. Called on a Sunday and had the roll off the next morning. Delivered on time and roll off was perfectly placed. We had it fully loaded in the morning and Mike was able to pick it up that afternoon.

Valley Dumpster was always there to answer my questions, they had excellent delivery service of the dumpster, they helped me trade out a dumpster when it was full si I could keep cleaning the very next day. The dumpster was clean and it was able to sit in a suburban driveway and not be an eye sore.

Great service and communication by Valley Dumpster Service. I used their online ordering service and booked it in the late evening for a next day 3-day rental. Mike delivered the dumpster with quick efficiency and answered all my questions before he left. I was able to communicate via text if I had questions about throwing specific items out and promptly received a text within a few minutes to my questions.
