He repaired and installed ceiling fans throughout the house. He also removed and installed a toilet. He was very quick and efficient with these tasks. Great prices especially for the quality of work. He responded quickly to messages as well as showed up at the given time. Would highly recommend.

I needed a ceiling fan installed. I called and they were able to get to my place the fallowing day. Came in and installed the fan fast and efficient, plus I needed some work done on my front door. Jay returned my call promptly and came to my house same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem in my shower (no hot water) and fixed it. He was very polite, friendly, and respectful. Rate was very reasonable. Will definitely hire him again.
Update: Hired Jay to complete a few repairs at my rental home so that it would pass Section 8 inspection. He is very knowledgeable of the process and completed tasks thoroughly and on a timely basis. His rates are fair and he provides written invoices for all expenses. I will continue to hire him for all of my home maintenance needs both at my rental and in my personal home.
