Wonderful work! Very professional, timely, fair priced, great communication. A previous person came and started this project and disappeared. Jay stepped in totally last min finished the drywall and made it right. Good man. He’s doing our floors next and likely finishing the whole project. Definitely recommend. CPR Carpet & Restoration does both residential and commercial carpet cleaning. I've had them clean the carpets of both my home and office with their truck-mounted steam cleaners. They even brought in dehumidifyers to speed up the drying of my carpets at the office. They do a great job from small spills to full on post-fire and flood damage which not very many local companies do very competently.

I have a very busy schedule with work and don't have a lot of time to get the things done at home that I would like. This wonderful company made time for me and worked with me to be able to come in while i had a few free moments. They were fast and on time. I have highly recommended them to my friends and family.

Buyer beware when using this company. This particular company I implore customers not to use them. I would say their workers are somewhat decent. Although they try to push the customer to come into the property when they’re not there to do any loss mitigation work. When the customer tries to explain that they themselves need to be there on the premises. However, based on my experience with the admin part of the company especially with Danielle, I would say be very careful when dealing with her. She has a bad habit of being argumentative, threatening, lying behavior and being manipulative. She will make up things to your insurance company so as to cause problems and does not listen to the customer. She will try to deflect her part of her responsibility and throw it back to the customer. She will disconnect phone calls when she doesn’t want to listen to the customer and their concerns. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. Because of her behavior towards me as customer, I would implore anyone whom is looking for a loss mitigation business to employ, do not use them.

I had the pleasure of having Kyle and Mike from CPR do some post-remodel repairs and cleaning of the carpet in my house in Squaw Valley. They did an excellent job and I am overly satisfied with their work. My 15-year-old carpets look brand new. I would not hesitate to do business here again.

Have used them twice in the last month based on a friend's recommendation. Great job. Fast and clean. I think a truck mounted unit does the best job. Discovered they can also clean grout in the kitchen and bathroom. My go-to carpet cleaner from now on.

We had a flood upstairs that took out the bathroom, hallway, two bedrooms, and linen closet floors, as well as the laundry room and part of the garage ceiling. Our insurance company called CPR and they were on it! Matt was very patient and transparent. He listened to all of our questions and warned us that by day five we’d be stir crazy due to the fans. He was right! When demo started, they discovered a plumbing and electrical problem that needed to be addressed. Danielle was easy to contact and checked in on us many times. If I did have an issue, she took care of it immediately. She crunched numbers, but didn’t cut corners. She helped us get the most for the money we had to pay out of pocket. I hope I never have to use them again, but if we DO need any type of restoration again, we will definitely go to them!

By far the best experience in home repairs. I had a leak in my kitchen and my insurance introduced me to CPR. From the beginning, Danielle went out of her way to ensure I was fully aware of the process and what the steps to repair my kitchen would be. Not only did she go out of her way, she helped me communicate with my insurance and was able to upgrade my kitchen during this process. The upgrade looks amazing! I hired CPR for carpet cleaning to remove stains throughout the house. Shaun kept reassuring me that the carpet cleaning would remove all of the stains and that I would be able to keep the carpet. He told me that they are more expensive than other companies but said that is because they do a good job and you won't need a second cleaning.

Two guys showed up to do the carpet cleaning. The stains were not removed - not even the slight or moderate ones. In some of the rooms, edges were missed, and you would see a dark line. They missed three closets, and you could tell, because again, there was a solid line where the carpet was a different color. The steam cleaning also lifted the carpet. I now have lines and ripples. I've never experienced that with a steam cleaning before. The guys also did not want to wear shoe covers, so I had to clean all of the tile where the dirt was tracked.

Since I now have more issues with the carpet than before, I have to replace all of the carpet. I wasn't charged for the service, but the experience was terrible, and I am angry that I am left with more problems. I do not appreciate being lied to in order to make a sale. Given that they are so expensive, you would think that they would do a good job and take some accountability.

Great people and wonderful service! We have a leak in the upstairs bathroom and they have made this so easy for us! They explain everything and keep everything so clean! Very kind people! Thank you Doni and Carlos for all your help! We still need a few things done but so far the work they have done is absolutely amazing! Definitely a great community!

After having a water leak in our shower wall, our insurance company sent CPR to do the microbial abatement and mitigation. They did the work in a timely manner and were pleasant to work with. We then accepted their bid to also do the renovation work. Matt met with us numerous times to look at tile, countertops, to help us design the shower and inspect the work. He understood what our budget was, and he was easy to reach when we had a question and returned our calls promptly. Matt was great at scheduling, so the work got done in a very timely manner. They were also very willing to come out to do some touch-up work that was needed at the end of the project. We are very happy with how the bathroom turned out. It is beautiful! I want to add that the final bill was virtually the same as the original bid for the work. If you want to hire a company with great communication and timely work well-done, we highly recommend CPR for your home renovation!

Such an outstanding job! Elijah outdid himself fixing my pool. It was filled with algae and it looked like shrek’s swamp before he came and once he was done with everything my pool looked like the Bahamas nice, clear and beautiful. I recommend to everyone coming across his page to try his service.
