We needed to have our tile cleaned. They came out quickly and did a great job. Communication was very good, and they were efficient, in and out in two hours highly recommend.

Eli made quick work of my pool equipment upgrades. He was very professional and gave me a great price on my variable speed motor and pool filter. I will definitely be a returning customer for all future pool related services.

We called and spoke with Eli. We are buying a house and the last detail was the pool...it was beyond our ability to clean. There was algae, mold and rust...plus several feet of black mold at the bottom of the pool. Eli came out within 30 minutes and worked 5 hours cleaning the pool. When he left our pool looked amazing and each gallon of water it looks better. He saved the day!!! He even make time to come back when the pool is full and check out the pump and filter for us

Our filter had lived beyond its years and we desperately needed an upgrade. Eli was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about his products. Our pool was built just over a year ago, some typically might think new pool, no upkeep but that is definitely not the case! We want to protect our investment and I’m happy we found Coconut Pool Care! Eli has done a fantastic job communicating with us, getting us on a route and answering ALL our questions (and we had a lot). Our old pool guy definitely was lacking in the communication and cleaning department so having Eli be so responsive was refreshing. Just moved in and our pool was green. After pool Chlor, it’s clear and blue. Absolutely would recommend this company.

I have had them for my rental property and my pool turned green my renters said they never even came and never signed the card that they keep outside to show they showed up ,on top of that they were rude on the phone ! we pay 110 a month for full service and we have a green pool what a joke!

My pool was verg green and they transformed it to clean water in the matter of weeks!!!!

Would not recommend this company. Unfortunately we had them for more than 10 years and each year their service has gotten worse. They're guys don't show up when they're supposed to, then lie about it, and their Mgr doesn't bother to rectify problems.

Had there been a zero star I'd give it to them. Everyone is welcome to come see my pool or I can send pictures. They say they repair things and charge for it but they don't repair. Pool looks worse when they took over. Complaints to management go nowhere. My jacuzzi is now a mosquito filled dirty water pond. DO NOT USE and contact me for pictures.

Although nice people they truly do not have their act together at Fresno Pool Chlor! DO NOT waist your time and money with this company. We went an entire summer paying this company while looking at a pool green enough I couldn't see the shallow end...We had NUMEROUS "technicians" (I use that term very lightly) come out look at the pool and yet they all had the same answer...they broke a brand new seal on a brand new pump(they fixed it after trying to convince me the pump was bad (it was 30 days old at the time). They stripped the retainer nut on my pool filter and continiually told me to add my own chemicals on top of what I was paying them for( way to much...there are better lower priced pool companies out there). Call the office and they dont know what's going on in the field...call the filed techs and they tell you they will call when they get back to the office...this is obviously a small new company that has a lot to figure out and in the mean time you will have a green pond in your backyard. DON'T waist your hard earned money or more importantly your time with Fresno Pool Chlor...Our family will never get last year back and the time we missed swimming in our NOW (that Pool Chlor quit on is right before summer) beautiful pool.

Signed up for service, was told I was going to pay $36 per month and someone was going to come every other week. After being with them for a month and a half they only paid my pool a visit once. Then I was charged for 2 months of service. When I explained to them that I only had on visit from them and had their log in my pool equipment to prove it they denied it. They said they had been out there numerous times. Not true, I had their log to prove it to them. They would not investigate or credit my account. Fraudulent, avoid at all cost!!!

Newly assigned pool tech from Fresno Pool Chlor decided he would not clean my pool following a wind storm on May 25. For whatever reason, blamed leaves from the trees on the gardeners and did not start work. He lied to his office and said he started work, but did not. It’s very odd. I’ve discontinued service with them. Disappointed by their high turnover in employees as well

Started with Pool Chlor when we bought a house with a pool they had already been servicing. Their first visit they explained different pool care details, made suggestions and helped me understand how to safely handle the equipment, no charge. When I needed to do maintenance on my filter I had them do it but I wanted to observe so I could learn. The technician was more than willing to answer all my questions, explain what he was doing and give me great info for next time. He helped me realize I didn't need to replace my vacuum, just a few parts that he had right on his truck. They visit twice a month and even if I have to call the office I get great service and help. I trust them entirely, they call before coming if I ask and they always make sure the gates are closed in my yard to ensure our home is secure. Glad we got connected with them.

Haven't serviced my pool in almost 2 months and refuses to credit my account after 4 years of service. Claims their pool boy can't open the gate that no one else has an issue opening. I was told when I signed up for the bi-weekly service there was a guarantee the pool wouldn't turn and if it did they would come out in between services to recrofy it. Now I'm being told not only is there not going to be a credit for their lack of service I'm also being told it will be the end of the month before they come back out and even though my pool has turned, it will cost me an additional $15 to have someone come out early. I haven't had much to complain about up until this point but whoever runs the phone is incompetent in customer service at a minimum and if this really is their course of action for the company I will be switching to any one of their numerous competitors.

The best pool company ever. My pool was black, but luckily they got rid of it. 5 stars

Very bad can’t even drive without anger issues flipping people off, swerving and speeding can’t image how bad of a job they will do for work if they can’t even drive

I hired them last year. My pool was not green, it was BLACK!!!! They refused to come out weekly and also refused to leave chlorine tablets in the floater during the summer time!! A technician came out and took my filters out and left them on the yard. He came back the following week!!! They put in brand new filters without asking me and then sent me a bill for $500!!
