I had an appointment for a technician to come to my house and check for termites. Upon his arrival, I opened the door and, in a friendly manner, greeted him and requested that he wear a mask before coming inside.

He refused because in his words "it's over," "I'm an antimasker," and, as he rudely said to me, "You look silly with that thing on." We had a back and forth about the current strain, and whether it is serious. Finally, I said, "Okay. Well, I'm going to go ahead and take my business elsewhere. I hope you have a good day." To which he replied "Oh, I will. Better than you!"

I knew people who died because of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. I also have plans to visit family members who are in high risk groups and will do what I can to protect them.

Your technician is free to have his opinions in private, he is reasonably free to say and do what he wants in public. What he is not free to do, though, is to be rude or hostile to me in my own home. Your company is allowed to have any expectations of your customers that you find reasonable- hopefully, people will respect those expectations. I am equally free to have any expectations I find reasonable for someone entering my home.

I have taken my business to Orkin, which is too bad because your office personnel seem lovely.

After 3 years of service.I have had enough. It sucks that the company doesn't go out of it's way to keep clients. But if you are looking for someone to be dependable in keeping bugs away, keeping a promised appointment and calling ahead To give you a heads up that they are on their way after waiting almost 2 hours even after you pre paid in full. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE HAS ONLY WORSEN OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS, AND IT CONTINUES .

Technician showed up on time proceeded to knock down all the cobwebs from entire perimeter of the house. He then proceeded to spray the perimeter of the house. I think he did a good job, and was quick about it.. The price very affordable I signed up for a monthly plan.

Somehow my Lady found a rat in our beautiful new home. I don't need to go into the specifics, but all the ladies in the home screamed. 😛 I searched Google and found SJPC. Mario showed up not long after the call and quickly went to work. Clean, professional and a great guy. Less than a week later, I was finding dead rats and of all things garden snails that had consumed the bait in the boxes. Yay! My girls were happy. Mario comes by every other month and takes care of us. Great company, great employees and I highly recommend them. Good job guys!

These guys have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They fired the guy that was on our route which did a really good job I guess he was leaving chemicals for the customers to do their own maintenance. So they hired a new service man and he just quit coming without notice because he was overwhelmed after two months we called and that was the answer they gave us. So we got back on the route and there is still cobwebs all around the house. I don't believe this company cares they're not passionate about service

We hired San Joaquin Pest Control for termites in our home. It was honestly the best investment we have ever made. They made the whole fumigation process hassle free. Since then I have hired them for regular pest control, to which they do a through job. I highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend this place, unfortunately. We had them do work at one of our properties. They inspected and treated house. When we needed final report for our real estate transactions, they came again, did another inspection, added additional things to the original inspection and when I asked why? Their inspector named Eddie, "you want a report, do the damn work." From there, he started using vulgar and unprofessional language. Very disappointing. I called the office, the lady wasn't friendly about my complain when I told her. I had to get someone else to help me get this completed. When I mentioned it to our Real Estate guy, he told me he had a similar situations and he will stop using them.. My suggestion, to stay away from San Joaquin Pest Control.

San Joaquin Pest Control was professional and provided superior service. Upon realizing we had an issue with termites they were out quickly to give us their exert opinion and an appointment was quickly are. Service was thorough and professional. Highly recommend San Joaquin Pest Control for pest control services.

We started with San Joaquin pest control in 1975 when we moved into our new home... with service on a quarterly basis, we have been mostly bug free during those 44 years! Had a termite inspection done last month when our neighbor was tented.... came out clean! Am sure the regular maintenance was the reason. As you can guess, we have been highly pleased!

Both of the gentlemen that have serviced my home are Amazing!! Their service is always top notch. But most importantly for me is that they are very kind and understanding of my 3 wild animals(dogs) in the backyard. Chloe, Cash, And Willow are always happy to see them!! And they are always safely behind the gate when I get home. I never have to worry about my furbabies getting out. San Joaquin Pest does a stellar job!!

San Joaquin Pest Control has the best mosquito program in the valley hands down. Having multiple options to choose from to best fit the needs of my yard(and my budget) is awesome! Office staff is friendly, and the service man Jeff is informative and thorough.

San Joaquin Peat Control is amazing! They send a text reminder the day before their tech coming out and have automatic payment that can be set up for ease. I had an emergency need and called and they were able to come out the next day! Great customer service and their service is the best I’ve experienced so far. Goodbye bugs!!

We have had ants since July and we just couldn’t get rid of them. We tried everything from traps, to sprays, to gels! NOTHING WORKED. We called San Joaquin Pest Control and they were here the next day! Sam Flores was very thorough and took his time to treat our problem areas. He treated inside and outside, and dusted the cobwebs outside. So far, so good! I haven’t seen one yet since he left this morning! Our service man sprayed our entire front and back yards for mosquitoes using a totally environmentally safe fog. Afterwards it smelled like lemon peels. I insisted it be safe for all the birds that come to drink from our fountain everyday. The service man was very polite & even gave my dog some cuddles. This company is awesome!

SJPC has been servicing my home for years and they do an awesome job! They are prompt in emergencies and reliable for our regular proactive bug control. Our serviceman David is trustworthy, shows up on time, and is kind to our dog as well, which makes the experience even better. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!

We’ve used San Joaquin Pest Control a number of times to service our new home. After purchasing in new construction, we faced problems with ants and wolf spiders. After the first application, I noticed a considerable difference! When ants came back again, they came right out and took care of them. They are easy to work with, super friendly and reliable; pricing is reasonable when compared to other companies as well!
