Ive been dealing with the company for years. Let me tell you,There customer service is impeccable! text message notifications, experienced technicians, the girls in the office are alway informative. Ive had nothing but great service over the years. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to update my review since we've been with SJPC for over 7 years at this point. The set technician for our route is Damien, and he is absolutely phenomenal. He is communicative and always listens to our concerns. He gets back to us quickly with any questions. Seriously, this guy gives the best customer service! My husband even accidentally let our dogs out while he was servicing our backyard one time. Damien was stuck, and our dogs were confused. Luckily, he navigated his way out, and everything was fine. During Covid, I worked from home, and he would always ask if it was a good day to come spray because he didn't want to interrupt my work. I still highly recommend SJPC if you're looking for reliable and knowledgeable pest control!

Original review from 5 years ago: They have been treating my house as a preventative for many years. Friendly service when I call to ask questions and when the technicians show up. They are always polite and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them. Support a local business that treats their customers well. They also offer coupons on their website usually.

We have really enjoyed working with San Joaquin Pest Control over the past few months. Their communication the day before is wonderful. Our pest guy, Nate is helpful and nice. He always addresses any bug concerns that we have. We are very happy with their services.

This guy pulled up to my neighbor's house as I was working in the front yard and started spraying the neighbor's fence. I heard my dogs barking at him through the fence, and I could smell the pesticide from the sidewalk. He was spraying it right in their faces through the fence. When I confronted him, he acted innocent like I wasn't already watching him do it. He showed zero concern and felt no need to warn me to shield my dogs in the house while he sprayed.

We have been with San Joaquin Pest Control for four years now. Damion is our regular faithful guy and when he’s not available the service is no where close to his acute attention to detail. Damion answers your questions, is polite, thorough and professional. He goes above and beyond for his customers and always has a smile on his face despite the harder work conditions in the summer heat of Fresno. We appreciate having him as our pest person and would be lost without him. The support staff at the end of the phone are not always the friendliest and often haven’t co ducted themselves in a professional manner. If my rating was based purely on that I would have to give a 3, however given the exceptional work Damion gives us I rate him five stars

Damien comes and sprays our house every month. No problems with bugs thanks to his hard work. He calls ahead so we know to put up the dogs. If we have questions or concerns, he addresses them quickly. Highly recommend this pest control company! Definitely support a local company that truly cares for their customers. Request Damien if you can! The level of detail and service is hard to beat.

San Joaquin Pest Control has been great to work with and made the whole process simple from start to finish. William the person who answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE wow I have never felt so belittled before . Stay far away from this company

They took down my large back yard tree, and it took 2 days to take down my tree. There was smoking in my backyard and one of them stood around most of the day. They left a message in front of my front yard.

CHECK YOUR INVOICES. NOT ONLY DOES THIS COMPANY NEVER DO AN IRRIGATION CHECK WEEKLY AS THEIR CONTRACT SAYS, BUT THEY CHARGE FOR UNNECESSARY PARTS AND LABOR. A VALVE CHANGE WITH THIS COMPANY IS 4 TIMES THE COST IT SHOUD BE. PEOPLE YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF IF YOU USE THEM. IT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE WE KNOW. VERY SAD. THEY ARE NOT LOCAL, THEY ARE NATIONAL. THEY CAN FIX A VALVE FOR 20% OF THE COST BUT CHOOSE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AND BUY UNNECESSAY PARTS AND TIME TO MAKE A PROFIT. USE LOCAL GARDENERS, YOUA RE BEING PLAYED!

I drink my coffee in my deck with my toddler and they blow us with dust. Also all the trash from the parking lot is blown into my space. They always leave my entrance with trash. It happens every single time they do yard maintenance.

These guys make My apartment look pretty good But spend ten minutes chasing one leaf with a leaf blower. I almost wanted to offer a broom to thr guy lol

Also it's a corporation with headquarters in Florida or Arkansas or somewhere like that so good luck getting any help from them also you're not going to get any help from your property managers either because they don't know what brightview is doing nobody does they could be leaf blowing three times a week at your property and no one can stop them

I don't know about anyone else's experience with BrightView but they came to trim my front yard tree and did an amazing job!! Two guys!! Tree looks awesome and they did a Great job cleaning my yard and sidewalk. Pat on the back, two thumbs up!! Thank you!!

They normally come to my property for about 4 to 6 hours they spend approximately two of those hours with leaf blowers today they've spent about 3 hours of the leaf blowers and they're not even halfway done because the genius manager got his crew blowing right after a thunderstorm dumped an inch of rain . You may as well try giving a haircut to a bald man

I'm old enough to remember when Americans could actually cut their own grass and use rakes when I was growing up I didn't even have a leaf blower and my yard was bigger than anybody's in his neighborhood

It never occurred to anybody in my neighborhood to hire a team or go to home Depot parking lot and recruit a crew we just did the work ourselves

America just isn't the country it used to be.... people really got to hire a crew to leaf blow 12 square feet of California front yard

Before the business owner responds with the talking point just know that we already know that you will send leaf blowers out on a rainy day because it's a business decision to get a paycheck there's really no point defending yourself you just want to get paid that's the way the world works so don't defend it just accept the review and keep it pushing or in your case just keep it blowing 💬💬

Terrible, this company does not do irrigation visits, only if you complain do they come out. They are over priced and do not answer communication from customers. Horrible, and they are a national company, not local. People are better off hiring local hard working people who abide by their contractual obligations.

Our rental management company hired this company to remove a tree in the back yard, they left trash in the yard along with cigarette buts, and just took it upon themselves to chop up our hibiscus plant, left a mess behind, and damaged the neighbors fence and gutters. They were very obviously the lowest bid and it shows. Would not recommend.

I live in a 200 plus apartment complex and these guys come every Wednesday and only last here about an hour every Wednesday for 200 plus apartments and they blow all the debris by your door they don't even pick up the trash chairs oh my they don't hedge the bushes etc there lazier than hell
