The crew that came to clean my gutters was efficient and did a good job. They notified me ahead of time of their arrival and were wonderful to deal with.

Leaf filter gutters installed, while may work for some, they did not evaluate the age of the existing asphalt shingle roof. This product should not have been installed for this reason. But they did it anyway because we were not aware of the problem and a sale is a sale. During the first rain asphalt granular material came off the roof and into the screen of the gutters clogging water flow into the gutter. The water then flows behind the gutters and down the fascia boards. This is going to cause wood rot and a bigger problem. The granular material washes off and onto the walkways and porches. It is a complete mess. So beware. Once installed there are tons of screws into the fascia boards. They will not refund or remove the product just blow and clean off the granules until the next rain. Big regrets.

Had my system installed last year and the sales guy, Steve, talked up the customer service like it was 2nd to none. He said if you have a problem just “call me” and we’ll take care of it. Well, 2 night ago we had a heavy rain and I noticed that one of the down pours was really loud. I text him and I got the most “don’t bother me” response from him. Basically just told me to call a 1800 number without actually giving me the number. When I asked him for it he just ghosted me.
I normally don’t do bad reviews but I don’t like handing over thousands of dollars to someone for a service and product only to be treated like I’m inconveniencing them when I have a problem with what they sold me.

Gutters are loud and the service is 2nd to everyone

I only marked one start cause it wouldn’t allow me to mark no stars. This is how Leaf Filter left my house, when it rains, I’m going to have 2 waterfalls in front of front door, the hole you see is the downspout that they did not put in. The installer said they would be back and they are ignoring my calls. I was charged $4892.00 for a product that won’t protect my house when it rains. Downspouts didn’t even match the house as promised and I canceled within the 3 day contract and now I’m ignored.

Initial estimate- Jacob is great, on time , polite , knowledgeable, responsive and willing to take his time after hours to answer all my questions.

Jacob responded quickly to my request for a quote. He quickly made the measurements and provided a quote, which I accepted. He then prepared the contract and scheduled the installation.

A very seamless experience. The person that came to give the estimate was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The estimate was fair. The installers were professional, friendly and efficient and paid attention to detail. A great experience.

There is no way to give zero stars but that would be our rating. The salesmen were quick to make appt. We agree to full install. Worker showed up to do work and spent most of the day here, up to and including putting a screw in his own finger and needed to remove with drill. He also tripped over our sprinkler system and did not tell us. We later found that he did not install the drip edge and the gutters were never aligned.

We have called the salesman multiple times who told us to call customer service. They have "opened" ticket several times and sent one worker who could not install the drip edge due to having a small car and no truck. We have complained more than 10 times. the contract was signed 9-30-2025. we paid in full. it is 12/7/25 and the work is still not done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are in violation of our contract at this point.

Well, I needed a gutter, since the one that was on the house was falling apart. I called the number on the ad that was mailed to me. Christian came to my house a few days later. That was a quick response. We talked about your company. Alot of pluses and one minus. The price. I didn't expect it to be that much. I went ahead anyway and signed up. The guys that came out to do the installation did a good job.
