All I can say is Scoop Royalty is amazing. They do such a great job always friendly my doggies get so excited to see the ladies. Most importantly they send photos of my gate closed when they are finished.

Best money I’ve ever spent!
Having someone come weekly to clean up my dog’s yard has been a total game changer. I never have to worry about it, and my yard is always clean without me having to lift a finger.

Their communication is excellent—I always get notified when they’re on the way and when the job is finished. They are extremely punctual and have never missed a scheduled day.

What really impressed me was one morning when I accidentally left my sliding door open during a hectic rush out the door for work. The technician noticed it was unusual, texted me to check if it was intentional, and even drove back to close the door for me. That level of care and attention is rare these days.

Chance & Joseph just left my residence after pressure washing my roof and solar. They are an outstanding team. From the start I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I was told to expect their arrival from 0700 - 0800 and they pulled up before 0700. They immediately identified themselves and shared with me their plan for the day. I was always addressed as "Sir" and thanked repeatedly. They went out of their way to accommodate above and beyond simply washing the roof. They were impeccable cleaning up afterwards and making sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. Even as they were driving away they had their windows down and thanked me again and wished me a blessed day. GREAT TEAM and GREAT SERVICE!!! They will make any company they work for very proud. I can imagine either one of them in their own successful business one day. The house lighting crew is due to arrive shortly. They will have big footprints to fill but I am confident that they will. The company from my first introduction with representative Patric Lynch has been a very pleasant and encouraging experience. It is not often that I have experienced such great customer service from local contractors. Thank you Fresno Valley Wash Pros. I am excited to see how the lighting will turn out.

I called Valley Wash Pros to come out and clean my new home, as the roof had a bit of algae and moss growth that definitely hurt my home’s curb appeal. Daniel came out and did a soft wash of my roof and a cleaning of my gutters and all I can say is wow, the difference on my roof is night and day! If I ever have a need for roof or solar panel cleaning in the future, I will definitely call on Valley Wash Pros again!

EDIT: Originally I left a 5 star review but I am revising my rating to a 4 star. Although the service was absolutely amazing, I felt a little misled when it came time to pay. I was originally quoted a price that was discounted because I am a public service worker (which I appreciate the discount for that). However, I was on the fence at that time but decided to go with Valley Wash Pro because I received a text after getting my quote from Patrick saying that if I went with their service, I could receive a $150 dollar discount off of my quote through their 50/50/50 program which gives you a discount for leaving a review, posting about them on social media, and allowing them to leave a yard sign. In my mind, that $150 would be in ADDITION to the discount I was being offered already. It was never explained to me that I would not be able to take advantage of the 50/50/50 discount if I was receiving another discount. I wasn’t told this until AFTER they already did the service and my hands were essentially tied. It could have just been poor communication on their end, but it came off as a bit deceptive to me which rubbed me the wrong way. Again, their actual cleaning service was great and I have zero regrets hiring them, but their communication on pricing and discounts could have been much better. I still think I would use them again in the future, but they definitely need to improve upon their communication when it comes to offering discounts. What if that extra $150 discount would have been necessary for me to afford the service? Fortunately it wasn’t, but the situation could have become a bit messier for me as a homeowner if I wasn’t able to pay them what was owed.

I never post a review until after Im fully satisfied and 6 months later it’s safe to say our roof is completely bird-proofed, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Steven and Carlos installed high-quality bird netting around my solar panels and added bird spikes on all the roof peaks to prevent pigeons from nesting. They did an excellent job pigeon-proofing the entire home — not a single bird in sight since. they even included a routine solar panel cleaning as part of the service, which was a huge bonus. Their attention to detail and professionalism was worth every penny .

I was very pleased with the service from Valley Wash Pros, they delivered what they promised, you can see how they take pride in everything they do. They washed my windows, screens and tracks, as well as my gutters.

First off , great job done by this company. They cleaned my entire roof. Also cleaned off all debris from sidewalk.Really took their time. Front and back yard. The bird guard that they installed looks amazing. Cant even notice when driving by. I would definitely recommend them. I will definitely use valley wash pros again for future services.
