Solar panel cleaning. The worker that came out did.. okay.. cleaned the panels fine but wasted a lot of my water. He filled his storage tank and left the water running. There was a small lake in my driveway. My water is metered so that cost me money. The main problem is the communication from this company is terrible. I should have know when I called the first time and got 'hello'... that's it, no 'Hi Valley wash pros, how can I help?' I actually had to ask if I called the right place. Then he sounded annoyed that he had to help me. From there on out it was text or email. All automated. I would respond and not get any response back. I got spammed with texts a lot in the beginning too. Lots of emails as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.
edit: your response is the most communication I've received from you. I can provide the receipts of the work you did. I told your worker all this when he came to my house. Chance is the name in the emails. I was going to let it go but when I received another email stating you were coming to clean my panels again, an appointment that I never made, I responded with basically all this information. You never responded to that email, you're worker never showed up (fortunately), so I decided to post a review. The last email I sent you I did ask that you remove me from your contacts. Maybe someone did that and that's why you don't see me in your system. You have plenty of 5 star reviews. I guess I drew the short straw and slipped through the cracks. You can't please everyone all the time. Just sharing my experience.

Valley Wash Pros did an excellent job! One section of our roof that gets no sun in the winter was growing large chunks of algae. It is now so clean you would never know how dirty it was. Our whole roof is as clean as it was when our house was brand new. Would definitely hire Valley Wash Pros again!

Valley wash pros was very quick and efficient in response time, setting up a quick scheduled date just a matter a few days after I had contact them, and came out at the time that they said that they would. Patrick, the manager did a great job explaining everything that they are going to do as well as what materials is needed. He was very knowledgeable on the pigeon situation and what would more than likely happen if left untreated. They got rid of a couple pigeons that were nesting underneath the solar panel panels, got rid of all the debris and nest, set up solar panel barriers, and cleaned up after themselves with spraying down the roof and the driveway from all the bird droppings. After calling around for a few quotes, I felt the most comfortable going with them as well as the other quality reviews that they had. Thank you guys!

My experience with Valley Wash Pro is beyond excellent! They started out by responding immediately to my inquiry about the services they provide and within minutes I had a custom quote for window washing and solar panel washing. The price was more than fair and we agreed to talk the next morning to schedule service. When I called in the morning they were able to schedule my service within a couple of days.
Once their technician, Fernando, arrived he was professional, polite and presented himself very well. He worked nonstop and he was diligent in details and his work was exceptional! Next time I need my panels and windows cleaned I will call Valley Pro and request Fernando knowing I will be pleased with the results!

Valley Wash Pro did the great job cleaning on my Solar Panels and installing Bird Proof for an hour. They were fast and easy to make an appointment on the next day. It could’ve been 5 star if they put some plastic cover on my backyard or artificial turf. As there’s a lot of bird poop left on my artificial turf and on the side fence that needs to be remove and clean.

I was a bit worried about having someone walk on my roof since I have a high peek roof. But they were very careful. When they were finished they made some there was no mess. After my panels were cleaned on went on my App and noticed a big difference in my solar output. I didn't realize how dirty they were. It's definitely worth getting them cleaned on a regular basis. I will be using Valley Wash Pros

The experience I’ve had with Valley Wash pros has been excellent from the start. Working with Patrick has been so informative. He came to my home, answered every question and gave me a very fair estimate. I never had a question about whether this company could do the work I needed. Raphael & the techs did a wonderful job cleaning & repairing my roof, not to mention the gutters. In addition they cleaned a lattice roof not even discussed in the estimate. Everyone was professional from the estimate to completing the work. I highly recommend Valley Wash Pros and will use again.

Loved and appreciated the service and experience. I had a lot going on at the time of service and my head was spinning. All employees were patient and accommodating. I asked for same day service at that! They were more than willing to power wash the whole house and clean the front porch- within 3 hours.

Discovered this company on Instagram, read the reviews, asked for an estimate. The response was immediate and a person came to the property within a day or two, very professional! Received the estimate, approved the job and it was completed within a week at tops ! Great group of people to take care of your needs.
