I had an appointment, the lady never showed up and then i call to reschedule and again, lady made en excuse, some apartment was flooded amd she did showed up again. I had use her service sense 2009, but her service quality has changed alot. Hopefully she knows this and start getting back on track amd respect her appointment more..

Absolutely great job! My carpets smelled so good afterwards!!! Definitely going with this company again! They lifted stains I didn’t think were possible.

Had this done for my parents, wheelchairs and electric scooter the carpet was black...... this machine is amazing the carpet is back to the original color light light brown....Jesus was very detailed and determined to clean it and he did JESUS NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO POOR WORK AND TAKE PRIDE AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEIR POOR WORK. This company provided very poor service when cleaning a professional range. When concerns/complaints were mentioned to them,their response was " We are a Black Company, so what do you expect?" I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and addresses this because you won't be in business for long if this is your attitude about the work you provide.

The owner of this company name “Fred”worse customer service by far! All I wanted was to ask a simple question and also give him some business. He was really rude, unprofessional, and straight up messed up. This guy had the nerve to hang up on me! I would not recommend anyone to go to him! I work at a customer service job and I would not tolerate that kind of behavior!

This product actually works. I have white furniture and had the micro seal put on it. I have it cleaned yearly and the furniture cleans like new. This company and service is exceptional.

Paul is great. His prices are reasonable and he tries his best to get all the stains out.
