I had found info on CL and texted Paul, he was here the next morning. He steamed our carpet stairs, hallway, bedrooms and 10 formal dinning chairs…..everything came out great! Definitely recommend and will be calling him again.

I had A+ Carpet & Floor Care cleaning come out clean the carpets of my apartment. The service I received was simply outstanding. Paul was not only knowledgeable but very personable and through in this service. I highly recommend this company for all cleaning needs.

Paul was very professional and did an amazing job removing the heavy stains on all my carpets. He steams cleans the carpets so they dry faster and look great. I will be using them for future maintenance.

I recommend Paul 100%. He gets to your house and does what he needs to. He is also really quick. He cleaned my sectional and left it spotless VERY clean. He has really good prices too. Paul did an amazing job. He came and knocked all three cars out like it was nothing didn’t complain. Left amazing results as well as restored one of my cars ! Paul did an awesome job doing my carpet cleaning. He did a 2 bedroom and living for a reasonable price. Very thorough with his work and fast. Came super early which was a plus and showed us how dirty our carpet and couch was super glad its clean now.

I got these really nice couches that had dog hair all over them but the main issues was the very strong odor of the dog. I tried shampooing them myself but came to the realization that I needed a professional to do the job. So I started looking all around for places who cleaned furniture, and Paul had the best price that is very affordable for 175 he came the very next day & clean my couches as if they were brand spanking new. I'm very satisfied and so happy that was well worth my money. THANK YOU AGAIN Paul! I love my couches even more now. HE DID AN AWSOME JOB!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A sick family member severely soiled the carpet with feces.  I searched for carpet cleaning services that handled this problem and found this company.
I used the chat feature to reach out to the company to first see if they could help me (I included pictures of what they were needing to clean). Paul responded within 60 seconds to my text and he made an appointment to come out the SAME DAY.  They told me the cost upfront.  When they arrived they were courteous and explained what I should expect since the stains were REALLY BAD.  OMG They did an excellent job with some residual stain in one area. They gave me some options to rectify the problem AND THEY ARE COMING BACK TOMORROW WITH A BETTER MACHINE TO YIELD A BETTER RESULT FOR THE RESIDUAL STAINED AREA.  THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT OUTCOME.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company.

Updated Review: WE were not able to connect with the company on the following day as they had promised. Their machine was inoperable. I understand that these things can happen. My issue is that they did not notify anyone when they knew they had an appointment by 1 pm. They had to be called. So maybe they need to have a better system in place for when they run into issues that prevent them from making their scheduled appointments. Even with this incident I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND them because they came through for me when I needed them and removed 90% of a stain that I didn't think could be cleaned.

They were fast , efficient and professional. Called him late for a rush job and they got it done instantly!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A HORRIBLE JOB! We hired Paul to have our carpets cleaned. First he had an issue with his machine so he gave a $20 discount ok that was nice. The next day I noticed the same spots on my carpets. I sent one picture to him he tried to blame it on carpet abrasion. When I said those are stains. He said the stains are our mistake not his. We hired him to get the stains out. No offer to make things right just denies. I have since noticed all the stains in the hallway have reappeared it has only been a week. We don’t wear shoes in the house. This guy is a fraud! When I tried to discuss how unsatisfied we were and sent him pictures. His text I’m blocking you. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The areas we are discussing are not my 87 year old Father in Law with dementia bedroom. Which you did not offer any treatment at the time for additional cost for urine treatment.

The areas of concern are the other bedrooms and the hallway. As soon as the carpet dries all spots reappeared. The discount of $20 was your error you left for well over an hour to find a part that you discovered you did not need because your tank was never emptied from previous service you did.

If you had done an excellent job you would have gotten a an excellent review. Your reply proves the service we received.

Booked a carpet cleaning, unprofessional. Never asked my address so I called them to verify they knew where they were coming to clean for the next day. They told me to text them the address to a random cell #, which I wasn’t very comfortable with since we had previously been messaging through the website.

Said they’d be here at 10:00am, so I made room in my schedule to accommodate. I get a text at 9:50 that their ETA is 10:10. I told them that was frustrating as a professional service I’d expect them to be on time, but that’s okay still come. The exact words I got back were “I can’t control how God designs the earth and roads and traffic, it’s not my fault.” I said I get it, it’s just a professional service I made room in my schedule for and was hoping they’d be on time. They declined service.

Gladly took my business to Clean to the Maxx and they did an awesome job.

This is the second time Paul has cleaned our showroom floor. He’s has done a great job both times. Shows up to job when he says and keeps to the pricing he quotes.
I don’t have any problem recommending him for business or home carpet cleaning services.
