I hired Stanley Steemer for my air duct and dryer vent cleaning service. It was my first time having this service and both service members Jose and Ryan were wonderful. They were super friendly and informative. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service and even did additional cleaning that was not required. The price was exactly what I was quoted for online. I would certainly recommend them and would consider hiring them again in the future.

Jonathan and Tyrone were incredible. Very professional and explained the process very thoroughly. Very thoughtful of property and personal effects. Was able to recommend how long between cleaning should be. Definitely will use Stanley Steamer again. Thank you for working on Saturdays guys!

Jonathan and Jose were fantastic. Their care and attention to detail were top notch and made our day. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for quality carpet and wood floor cleaning.

From when you book they keep you very informed of the process. Including where they are at before arriving to your house. They were very quick even moved furniture around. Got a big stubborn stain out. They were also very friendly. Amazing service

This company is honest, professional, and punctual too. They did an amazing job on removing my stains on my carpet. There was one stain he couldn't remove but he tried his best. He showed me the effort he put into it. I highly recommend them. Also very polite young men did this job quick and efficient. I'd give them ten 🌟 if I could.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ashton and Brenan were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment they arrived. They clearly take pride in the work they do and it really showed throughout the entire process.
To be completely honest, I didn’t think the carpet they were working on was even salvageable. It had seen better days and I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Ashton and Brenan absolutely delivered. They worked quickly while still paying attention to the details, and by the time they were finished the carpet looked significantly better than I ever thought possible. What really stood out to me was Ashton’s customer service. As he was cleaning, he made sure to have me check the progress and his process along the way to ensure I was satisfied with the results. That level of care and communication goes a long way and shows they truly want their customers to be happy with the service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well worth it. If you’re considering getting your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Stanley Steamer especially Ashton and Brenan. They did an excellent job and completely exceeded my expectations.

I found the three ladies that came to my home very nice. They listen to me about what tasks I needed done and we're very receptive. If there were any questions about my instructions, they did not hesitate to speak up so I could clarify my instructions. Thank you Ladies!

The organization I work for has had other services come in, and we were never able to tell that things had been cleaned. Starting with the first visit, Moreno's has made our office look new! We haven't been back in our office that long, but our office looks like we've never been gone -- all of the spiderwebs, dust on the window sills, even the kitchen! Beautiful! If anyone is looking for a service, start with them.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service. The estimate process was convenient and fast, and scheduling was easy and also timely. Price was fair. I had them clean our windows (exterior), screens, and gutters. The crew was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. The window service was excellent, however I was disappointed that the team left gutter debris around the house and in the drain grates. Apart from that it was a 5-star experience and would likely hire again.

Very professional done in a timely manner and the job was well done. This is my third time using this company and I will continue to do so.
