My wife and I used them for a year. Started out ok. But poor communication about them having to reschedule but not letting us know they needed to. I stayed home from work all day waiting for them. We called and found out it was rescheduled. Also we closed out our account after contract ended and were told in a letter we owe $79. We paid off everything and owe nothing but were threatened to be sent to collections. Find a local small business to help. This was a headache

My pest control technician Mark does a great job servicing my property. He is friendly and is knowledgeable in his work. He has provided me with helpful tips on how to prevent pest and is always open to answer all my questions. He always notifies me before he services my property and has good communication. I greatly appreciate his work.

We engaged the services of Dewey Pest Control in the summer of 2022. Prior to that, we had used the services of another pest control service business for about 30 years when that owner retired. Dewey has met and exceeded our expectations. Their service is timely and regularly scheduled. The service technician, Martin, is professional and does an outstanding job. I have no idea if they are the least expensive service in town but, I can say without doubt, they are well worth their fairly priced monthly fee. Dewey is highly recommended by me!

Martin showed up as promised and I explained what needed to be done. Martin was very professional and did a great job!

I have used many different pest control companies, due to the fact that I move a lot. I have never encountered a company better than Dewy. You have wonderful service and the people providing that service. Jeremiah Thomas was so friendly and helpful. You can see the pride and commitment he has for his job with out a doubt. He is one of the reasons I recommend this company to anyone who will listen.

I'm not sure if this spray is working. We still see a lot of insects. And the technicians are always late, except on the first appointment. We agreed to a one year contract, and will be canceling after the 13 months if the service doesn't get better. I'll change my review if needed. For now, I'll leave it at this.

Update: Mark has been great with helping us figure out our bug issue in our new built home. He took a sample of our bugs to find out the problem and solution. If you have concerns, I highly recommend you contact him for help. Thank you 🙏🏼

Excellent service. Bea delivers exceptional customer service. He is kind and respectful, always texting ahead days before leading up to the appointment date. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend Dewey Pest Control. Ask for Bea, he is the best exterminator.

I have Dewey scheduled on a bimonthly basis. I never have to call them to set the appointment, they just give me a two day heads up and get it done. If I need extra services they do it free of charge. All I have to do is give them a call and set it up. I completely satisfied with their customer service. I’ll keep them as long as I can.

JJ is always so professional and polite. He is always very considerate of the homeowner by letting me know when he is coming the day before, and letting me know when he arrives. I also appreciate that Dewey uses auto-pay. Great company.

We’ve had Dewey for quite a while now and they have been fantastic. The technician always sends a text the day before they arrive and everyone that we have interacted with has been polite and professional. It’s the little things, like making sure the gate is closed so the dog doesn’t get out and the cleaning of any cob webs that might pop up, that we appreciate. The pricing is great and we’re very happy with our service. We live on property and have no shortage of bugs and critters but the house and outbuildings have been critter free since they started.

Always a good experience having Willie as our technician. He is thorough and treats our home as his home. As a follow-up to our original review we have added the following: Good Quality and Good Value. We have an occasional problem with rats in our attic that Willie has helped us eradicate for which we are grateful. And he has accomplished this task with an eternal smile. Thanks once again.

I had a great experience this time around. Originally (2yrs ago) we had gone through our home insurance and they came out and the guy was horrible. I was not thrilled it was through them again but.... this time was great! Marcos was fantastic! Very attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and was very thoughrough as he went over everything he did again at the end and even gave me options for payment. I would recommend them and if needed will use them again without worry.

I have had this service for over 5 years! Very satisfied with the service and the technician! I had an ant issue recently, sent the technician a text and a photo of the ant. The technician was out the next day and treated my ant issue!

Hello I was very disappointed in our new service guy. He calls late on Wednesday to say he will be coming the next day for service then calls and say he has to cancel due to an emergency. He then says he would reschedule to different day. Which was good due to we were out of town. Then I see that i have a voice mail saying he will be out that day for service again buy then it's late to call back sothen he just goes and services our home. Which I don't know how he did the back since we have dog??? Not happy...

Our guy has been in constant communication with us and has gone above and beyond to assist us.

Marcos did a great job of cleaning all the cobwebs and also spraying where we asked him to spray by one of our sheds. It was really nice of him to text me the day before and let me know he was coming.

Our technician,Martin, does A FANTASTIC job keeping the property and the home free of pests! He’s prompt, professional, and responsive when we have any small special need. We really appreciate all he does!

I love their service!! Bee is our pest control guy.. he’s awesome!! He works with our family schedule and always sends me a text to confirm our schedule appointment still works for us.. We started having a roach problem.. he explained that after having our home spray roach’s would go wild and we would see more.. After having our home sprayed for the second time. We noticed our roach issue was getting better.. After the third month. We no longer had any issues!!! It’s been a full year, our home has been roach bug free and we appreciate the great service.. I highly recommend you this company…
