Dewey Pest Control always sends legit and professional employees my way. They listen to my concerns and resolve any issues accordingly without trouble or delay. Chalee came out today and did a great job as always!

This company only receives my 5 stars because of their technician, Brian. We have had multiple techs from this company over the years and he has been by far the best. He consistently shows up on time, does his job and does it well. He is very considerate, personable, kind, communicative and always a consummate professional. He goes above and beyond, not just treating the issue but offering strategies to avoid the issue in the future! I would definitely recommend Dewey, just ask for Brian.

Bee from Dewey does our pest control. He always gives us a heads up the day or two prior to him coming to do his quarterly spray. He always leaves a service note and does a great job! We appreciate their service!

I would just like to say that I loved the service I recieved. I never had an issue & Marco's Rodriguez was always willing to schedule my appts around my busy schedule! Such an amazing person. He was extremely respectful & I appreciated that! He never hesitated to come by & take care of whatever problems I had. Especially during summer when ticks get out of control!

Moved into a rental in which the previous occupants let everything go to h3ll. The place was crawling with black widows. I called Dewey and they came out the next day. I am very pleased with Dewey Pest Control. Tommy does a great job. He sprays my yard to rid of the bugs. He brushes down all the cobwebs on the outside of my house. He's very thorough. I had a problem with ants a while back and Dewey Pest Control had to come back out a few times before they finally got rid of the whole colony of ants. Dewey did not charge me extra for the few extra times they had to come out. I would recommend Dewey Pest Control.

The serviceman, was very personable.He greeted me with a smile.He contacts me a day ahead to ensure I am ready to have my home serviced.
He was kind and patient while I gathered my four dogs to bring them inside.
He rescheduled the appointment from an afternoon appointment to a morning appointment. He was very flexible.

Bee has been servicing our home for I want to say about a year now and he is really awesome. Wanted to make sure I gave him a shout out for all the amazing work!

Our Technician Trini Ramos is our lifetime hero! Over 3 years we have had cockroachs that 4 different pest control companys were unable to even get close to onky having very few to none found. Im not taking roaches running everywhere. Im trying to kill the household tenants that won't pay rent! My husband was even in management for well known pest control companies and even he cant control it. I have to say he has been blinded since those years so he can't visually see the issues. He just heard me scream 😱 when I saw them in my pantry. WELL THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT WITH THE LIFETIME EXPERIENCE OF THIS TOP "A" TECHNICIAN WHO TAKES HIS JOB VERY SERIOUSLY. TODAY WERE WERE ZERO % of seen live roaches! 3 long years. WHOMEVER READS THIS ATTACHED TO DEWEY PEST CONTROL, I PRAY YOU KNOW THE TREASURE YOU HAVE IN THIS MAN! You can see the years of crawling behind appliances and cabinets and tiny corners it is painful to me to see him walk. But I have never had an experience where my Technician did his job with great pride and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. My husband is blind and they both share that job experience and Trini spends a few minutes talking to Chris and acknowledging chrises frustration and shares what he just did on that visit so Chris knows. He has actually talked to me and shared a family story that didn't take him away from his job or taking to long. With the way he approaches his customers he is building a life time commitment to Dewey Pest Control! We are FOREVER BLESSED AND GREATFUL. What an inspiration he is to your company and his family and friends. Thank you for employing men and woman that go that extra mile. I am an ex customer service representative for Hewlett Packard and even won the honor of A Customer Service award. It is nice when you meet another person who GETS IT!!
So many people think the attitude of THATS GOOD ENOUGH!! is acceptable. Well its NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Doing it right even when it takes a few months to reach our goals... What a wonderful feeling it was today to share this accomplishment. I could write a book about TRINI RAMOS, and I think I just did. Trinis experience and attitude got Dewey our business and our business will always stay with you! I hope other people try you!
