I hired Mi Windows to install my Christmas lights. We are too old ourselves to be up on ladders. November 16th they installed our lights. They were hung uneven, it was late at night so I just paid them and sent them on their way. They said they would return after the holidays to remove the lights. We have contacted them five separate times over the last couple of weeks.. and still they will not give us a time to take down the lights. This week the wind blew off half the lights. I contacted the service again telling them of the dangerous lights hanging in the water and I did not get any response. My husband almost got electrocuted trying to get the lights out of the water. I now have to hire another service to remove the lights because this company is flaky and non-responsive. Once they get their money good luck seeing them come back. I do not recommend this company. Their follow-up is non-existent. They lack professionalism and organization. I regretted ever doing business with them. I find out my solar person at solar scrub would do the same job they did for $125. I will be using Jonathan in the future.

I’ve used this service before. They do a nice job but I was really disappointed my solar panels weren’t also cleaned. I was told they could do them if needed but then last minute advised no- I would have to pay for them to come out again ( rate is cheaper if they are already on the job). No one ever called me to follow-up.

Thank you for going above and beyond with my Christmas lights. I truly appreciate the extra effort in making a special trip to Home Depot to replace the bulb at no extra charge. The lights work perfectly now and are such a beautiful Christmas addition at this time of year. Your dedication and exceptional service means a lot. Happy holidays!

This was the first time I've had my windows cleaned both inside and outside, and it won't be the last. Chris and Matt arrived on time, were pleasant and professional as they worked, and were on their way again in about 75 minutes. I am pleased.

Beautifully installed Christmas lights on my residence. Workers were so patient and professional. Made sure I was satisfied with the work and offered to make any changes. Completely satisfied with the workmanship.

Mike Haney is an amazing individual he was able to ease my worries about termites eating through the sub floor allowing my bed to fall through. He is very personable and responsive, I had a worry and contacted him and within 30mins he was there to solve the problem. I definitely am recommending him and Dewey to everyone I know :)

The technician, Dawson was inept and lazy. He left before the work was completed without saying goodbye or even letting me know he was leaving. He just disappeared, then told his office that the work was complete. The work was 17% complete, and even that was sloppy and below Dewey's standards. I called the Corporate office number and the boy who answered was very rude and indifferent. I called the Fresno Branch, and to their credit the woman who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. She connected me to the Branch Manager who was also courteous and professional. I cancelled my contract with Dewey and received a prompt refund, however, the good people at Fresno have no control over the appalling behavior of their corporate office. Dawson was clearly not a good indication of the quality of service Dewey has been known for since 1929. I must say that the Fresno Branch administration, Jerry and Mark are all that stood between a refund and a lawsuit. I believe that the person who answered the phone at the Corporate Office is the one that cost them many years of my future business.

Martin is Very helpful , does a great job a great job. Always reminds us when he is coming and is proactive looking for potential problems
Today he can about an hour after we discovered a mouse in the house . He set out traps and 2 hours later , no more mouse. Thanks

We've used Dewey for many years now. We've always been happy with the service. They allowed us to put our account on hold while we were in the process of moving. We've had great technicians. Louis C. Is our current technician and he has great customer service skills. He cared and took the time to listen to any problems we were having. They always call the day before which is nice when the dogs need to be put inside. I would recommend Dewey.

They are unprofessional. The tech didn’t do his job right and there were so many bugs still left and when I called they told me to give it a few days so I did and they still didn’t die. So we did the second service and it still did nothing. The tech marked that he sprayed certain rooms when he didn’t. We explained the problems areas and he acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. All around there were scheduling issues and problems. Very unhappy so I asked for a refund because overall they promised to help fix the problem but didn’t do that. We still haven’t received the refund like promised and it’s been a month. They didn’t even spray for ticks like we asked and included in the inspection. Just super unhappy with this company.

Our exterminator, JJ, has been extremely helpful and accommodating when we've reached out to him for assistance with a pest issue. He's been on top of communicating with us, and when he'll be here to perform the routine spraying. All and all, very pleased with Dewey and the service they've been providing.

The staff that provides service is great but their billing office is terrible and do not conduct business well, I signed for them to send me an statement by email and to automatically bill my cc but they are yet to do so and keep sending me bills by mail when my contract explicitly said I wanted emailed statements. They came to my door offering their service, I didn’t go looking for them which is what is irritating me the most. I asked the very nice guy that does the actually spraying tell the billing office to call me and have yet to do so. I’m chasing these people around and they can take their business elsewhere for all I care.

I recommended this company to everyone! The job gets done every single time, without fail.
My husband and I have been using their services for years now. It’s great to have a pest company we know will get the job done.
Don’t waist your time with the secondary companies!
