MI Window Cleaning did an outstanding job on my windows today.
They arrive on time, take notice of my particular needs, and are totally professional.
I've used them before and will use them again.

I called Friday morning and a nice lady answered and said she could come out on Monday for an estimate. She scheduled us for 9am. Around 1000 I called the number and left a voicemail. It's after 11 now and haven't heard anything- no call, no text, nothing.
I had grand hopes of the doorbell ringing this morning at 9 or a little after, and a rep from MI Window Cleaning standing there saying, "Hi! How can I help you?"

Nope.

A call, a text, anything? If anyone happens to show up I'll update.

UPDATE: Waited until about 1120, getting more and more frustrated. Searched for another company. Talked to a friendly guy who gave an estimate right over the phone, with a completion time (one re-screen of a door and a new window screen) of a few days.

The guy at MI who answered the phone was friendly enough when I called to cancel the appointment- I just wish someone would have showed up. So disappointed.

I met them at home show and schedule an appointment. Cleaning windows and pressureing washing my house made it look brand new.

This is the third time I've had my windows cleaned by MI Window. They are very thorough and my windows are nearly invisible they're so clean.

Recently, they replaced a bent screen door for me. The door is an odd size and Gregg built a new one and put it in for a very reasonable fee. The new fits and slides perfectly.

The young man that came to do the windows was very polite and respectful. Had to go back over a second time on a few of the windows. Is probably due to lighting. I will be using MI window cleaning again.
