Super job! This is my first year with this fireplace and he came through and made it look brand new. And in record time. As soon as he arrived he was out the door. The man is a magician with fireplaces. He gave me some pointers on how to use the fireplace. Super helpful, friendly and thorough. We will see him again next year for another cleaning :)

Very terrible customer service. Have called 3 times to schedule them to come service our chimney. The first time I called in October and was told I was on a waiting list due to high volume rain, never heard back from them. Called again in February. Call was returned and they told me they had my information and someone would call Monday. Never was called. Called again 2 weeks later, was told a scheduler would call in a few days, never heard from them again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Willie is friendly and knowledgeable. It doesn't take long to do a thorough job even with a few interruptions from phone calls during the busy season. I highly recommend him for his reasonable prices and quality service.

I’ve only had to use Willie’s services once and my initial impression of him was very charismatic and a seemingly great person to be around which can help put a customer at ease when you’re letting them into your home.  While working on my fireplace Willie received a lot of calls and inquiries, he’s obviously very busy during this time of year which I believe may have played a part in him missing my initial appointment time.  When I called to find out where he was, it was discovered that I had been confused for another customer of his.  That being said, he made me a priority and showed up as soon as he was available and even went out of his way to hook me up with some free material for my fireplace which I was really appreciative of, but I had to call him for a third time when I was still having issues with my fireplace after it had been serviced.  So it was a little disappointing when he suggested that I have PG&E come out to take a look at it.  I could be wrong, but in my mind, I had hired him to fix the issue therefore the job was left incomplete.  Maybe he JUST does cleanings and doesn’t diagnose an issue… I’m not really sure.  All that being said, he seems like a great person and his pricing is VERY affordable but I’m on the fence as to whether I would hire him again.

Willy was very friendly, personable and clean. When he learned that we had no other heat source Willy arranged his schedule to fit us in to make sure we would be warm that night. When he showed up at our house he dressed the part and took time to talk with my kids and share with them the history of chimney sweeping.

Today, I had my chimney cleaned by Willie’s Chimney Sweep Service. During the onset of his arrival the owner “Willie” explained in detail what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. At the end of the service, I was briefed on the outcome of the cleaning by photos of the chimney and how to care for the chimney until the next cleaning. As a satisfied customer, I want you to know how much I appreciate the attention and advice you provided, regarding my chimney. I feel secure knowing that it desperately needed a cleaning and it’s safe to burn a fire. Again, a big thank you Willie for such superior service and sharing such valuable information for the care of the fireplace and the chimney.

Willie came out yesterday to clean our fireplace and chimney so we could confidently burn fires safely this winter. He was very nice and professional with a great sense of humor. He was clean and thorough. He is definitely our new Chimney Sweep guy.

I called Willie to come and help consult on a dryer vent. We had done a lot of our own work to get the dryer vent clear and wanted a professional opinion on how to move forward. He gave us a time estimate and let us know when he was running behind. And then showed up, carefully covid-compliant with a mask and proper distance, very nice and professional and gave a GREAT consultation. He even recommended a few options for rerouting out dryer vent that ranged in price and complexity depending on our preference. I just found Willie on google and after reading only 2 reviews I decided to give him a call. The reviews said Willie is a really nice guy and so far he sure is! He answered the number provided here on google and was super friendly and was able to give me a quote, schedule an appointment and also gave me advice about my dryer vent.
I only gave 3 stars because I only spoke to him on the phone to schedule an appointment. My appointment with Willie is Monday the 16th. Looking forward to it!

What can I say about Willie? He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased my condo during the summer and have never tried to turn my fireplace on (gas). He taught me how to turn it on, and informed me why I needed sand. I have a two story and he went up to make sure I did not have any nest or birds living up on the top of my fireplace that could potentially cause a fire. If you haven't contacted Willie for our fireplace needs you are missing out!!!

Willie was amazing and thorough on all his work. The man even checked and cleaned the fans in the chimney! Additionally, Willie was punctual and tidied up the area when finished with his work. I would recommend Willie for any required cleanings, he does a great job.

He's coming back next week to install a fireplace cap. I couldn't be happier to have found his business listing. Looking forward to fireside reading all winter long.

Willie knew we were worried about the safety of our fireplace and came by after his scheduled job to inspect. He stayed and did the cleaning and investigated the cause, plus gave us recommendations as to how to prevent this happening in the future. Both my husband and I felt such relief when it was completed and made a new friend as well. Very much recommend Willie for his hard work and great customer service!

Great service and was very professional about his job. Willie masked off the area to make sure that no dirt entered into the living area. Willie is very personable in nature and easy to get along with. His services were very reasonable, and his arrival time was spot on. Will use his services again.
