Amazing service. Had been without AC for over a year. Phillip fixed the problem in a day and the house is now as cool as P&X heating and cooling. Phillip arrived on time and communicated effectively throughout the job from start to finish.

Our a/c went out Saturday evening and P&X was out first thing the next morning. Phillip was amazing. He was honest, thorough, and quick on the repairs. He discussed our options and wasn’t pushy. P&X turned a bad situation into a great experience.

I was calling to follow up with a project and they told me to call back later, I waited till a couple minuets after they told me to and called, was told to wait again which is ok I understand that they are busy, but then when I called again the lady answering the phone heard my name and put me on hold for 10 minuets and then hung up.

We always have them service our ac/heater right before winter and summer. They have always done a great job.

It seems like this company can do ANYTHING! May God continue to bless and prosper them. My church took a piece of a sign that was vandalised so that a replica could be made. American Sheet Metal did an AWESOME job and the sign was completed. THANK YOU ASM!

Thank you to Wayne Andrews and American Sheet Metal for a prompt and thorough diagnostic on our Goodman a/c-heater unit. We have been without heat off & on for most of this winter (2019). Heating with a gas oven is not only expensive, it is not efficient. Wayne and his helper were here most of the morning trying to determine what the problem was. The problem was found to be a bad circuit board and Wayne and his helper took the circuit board out and returned with a new one that works well in one morning for a minimal cost. Now we have efficient heating. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!!

We have had AC issues since we moved into our new build home 6.5 years ago. This year we thought we were going to need a new AC. They came out and pin pointed the exact issue and resolved the 6 year old problem and our AC has worked better than ever in this 100°+ heat. We are very thankful to have been referred to them by a friend.

Great company with exceptional employees. I hold them in the highest regard and will recommend them to everyone I know. I had ongoing issues with my split system and had many service technicians from other companies come out and "fix" the problem only to have the same issues happen over and over again at great expense. My best friend suggested American Sheet Metal and I could not be happier. They came out the same day and took care of the problem. I am now looking to upgrade to a more energy efficient system as my current one is going on 30 years old, and their quote is well under the two quotes I had previously gotten from other companies. No service was needed for a issue that occurred during the Thanksgiving weekend. When I called to cancel to appointment, American Sheet Metal had dispatched a technician and was able to call off.

CV Homes ordered service on our heating unit. American Sheet Metal sent our a service rep same day. They temporary fixed it til next day when part came on, then came out and fixed our unit. The office and service rep called to let us know when they would be there and were very nice when speaking with me. I would recommend this company.

I had a great experience using this company. The technician they sent was honest and very helpful. There was only a small part to replace on my AC. He replaced it quickly and was very informational on how to keep the system running.
It was nice to know I wasn’t being overcharged or tricked into buying something I didn’t need.
