After another HVAC company came on a Friday and performed routine seasonal maintenance, our heater quit working. I called several times over the course of the weekend and someone finally answered telling me they couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I had to schedule a day mid week before they would come out but would try first thing Monday, or fit me in if a cancellation occurred . I called Monday morning hopeful to see if anyone was coming and they said no it would be Wednesday and also bonus, they would charge me a $49 gas refueling fee.

Enter Fresno Heating & Air. I was able to book a same day appointment online and they called to tell me they could arrive sooner, if that was convenient and it was. Joey & his partner arrived and got right on it. I finally had heat. I am writing this review in the warmth of my home after spending the weekend bundled up in what was equal to the temperature of the garage.

I’ll now be recommending them to friends, family and neighbors.

Thank you Fresno Heating and Cooling. Your workers were on time, knowledgeable, polite and professional. The men cleaned up after they finished their work, communicated clearly what work was completed and showed me pictures of my heating unit. You have my business for years to come. Thank you!

These guys were amazing, it's not a easy job. They had to replace my entire AC unit.

Stay away from this company!! My warranty company sent this company to fix my A/C that wasn’t blowing any heat. A young guy shows up and does a diagnostic on it and said my thermostat wasn’t working for heat only cold. He said I got the wrong thermostat. I was suspicious on this because it was working with heat before it just went out. So my warranty denied my claim because they said it was my fault for connecting the wrong thermostat. I contacted another reputable company that I used before and it turned out to be a bad circuit breaker and not the thermostat. I had to pay $950 bucks out of my own pocket. All because this company sends people who are not qualified technicians. Don’t waist your money with this company!!

Fresno Heating and Cooling provided outstanding customer service. I called yesterday for a seasonal maintenance and got an appointment today. They were on time and serviced the unit in minimal time for an excellent price. I would highly recommend them for future service. I was so glad I found them.

We just purchased a new Bosch heating pump in the summertime and it went out two days after Christmas. The Fresno heating and air guys were great trying to help us get heat at a time It was almost impossible to get parts. Thanks for helping us and getting our system back up and running. Everything was covered under the warranty. We didn’t have to pay anything !

Let first say I’m proud to be 3rd generation Mexican American! This company was founded by a Mexican American owner he started his own company in the American entrepreneurial spirit! Two brother came and serviced my Bosch air conditioner/heater a German made product and ensured me it is a top line system! I’m proud of this family for taking the initiative to venture to launch a business!! Top quality services and explained how to use the thermostat for peak performance to this 73 year woman (me} Trust and give them your service! This is a true American spirit! Juan and Matt came out and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my heating system. They arrived on time, had great communication and took numerous pictures to show me what I had going on. Juan shared with me what I might be looking at cost-wise down the road when I decide to replace the AC unit and also shared that they offer a payment plan. I contacted Juan and Fresno Heating and Cooling after being referred from a friend who is a happy customer. I very glad that I did. Wonderful customer service.

Great experience with Fresno Heating and Cooling from start to finish. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Special shoutout to Jose A, who was the main technician—he did an excellent job and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. Manager Joey C was also great to work with and was onsite everyday ensuring a smooth process and that expectations were being met. It was impressive to see owner Jose L on site—he was wonderful and very attentive. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Got really good quote promotion and Joey came out and checked out the system out before deciding to go with them, after all that he explain the details of how the offer promoted works and I decided to go with them, ran all require info needed and schedule new installation same week now that late February 2026 is warm I went with offer day of installation me and my wife had the techs Juan,Felipe and Jose come out and do the new installation of the new HVAC system. If looking for service for AC I really recommend them as one company and techs for explaining the details of how things need to be done as recommended.

From the beginning of this process, Fresno Heating and Cooling has been professional and knowledgeable and kind! Jose and Miguel thoroughly explained everything so i could understand. I had to have my HVAC system replaced. I went through multiple companies to get quotes and not only did they come in with the best price, they also provided an excellent experience. Joey explained everything thoroughly and really figured out what system was best for me and my current needs. Today was install and it was done by Jose and Michael. They were professional and respectful while making sure the job got done in a timely manner. Overall a great experience.

Great work. Fast responding and quality work. Didn't try to sugar coat it to me but gave me options to make me feel in control of the repairs. Didn't try to force unnecessary items but was given a list of potential issues to come in the future. Will use again for my HVAC needs.

There was a problem with the gas line connection and Phillip came out and fixed it. The unit is running smoothly and a job well done
