Miguel from Fresno Heating and Cooling was able to come out to Coalinga during the hottest part of the season first thing on a Monday morning and troubleshoot my air conditioning system. He was very professional and explained the job and the system's repair needs in a clear way. Within minutes he had the system blowing cold air. The price seemed reasonable and I was left with an idea of what future maintenance and replacement needs may be.

The best thing about this service was that the diagnostic was free. The tech couldn't solve the problem - basically, came up with - it doesn't work, spend $12,000 - $15,000 for a new unit. The unit had a new compressor and a lot of new parts due to prior work done on it. Turned out that the coils and external unit was very dirty and needed a hose to wash it all out and make the unit able to exchange hot air (from the cooling process) and run efficiently. A hose and water - that's what it needed. These guys want $12,000 for hose and water. Hard pass.

Miguel was very pleasant and on time. He performed the 6 month check up on the heating. So glad we replaced our ancient unit last May. Highly recommend Fresno Heating and Cooling yo all our friends and family.

100% recommend then they just installed a new Bosch 5 ton heat pump on my older house, they had to re do all the duct work. They did a great job it was a lot of work, and they did it efficiently and did quality work. Always cleaned up all the guys were nice and informative. Definitely would use them again.

I had my house heater ( in the attic) maintained by Juan and found an issue with controller not work properly. He corrected the problem. I signed up for the VIP Program to have priority service during the summer if there is an AC issue in the future.

These guys are pros! They are the real deal. Their office is really responsive and their team is quick and professional. Highly recommend using Jose and his team! If there was a way to give six stars I would! They replaced a heater unit that was through a home warranty job. Even though the home warranty side of things was delayed Fresno Heating and Cooling kept on top of things and kept me informed all through the process. Work was done up in Shaver Lake so they do work in the mountains. Best in class!

They are always professional and never try to upsell products or services. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality HVAC service or repair.

Our heater was not functioning properly. The service Tech Miguel was very professional. Diagnostic the problem very quickly and had the solution in hand within 20 minutes. Got our unit working and showed me things that need attention. Highly recommended!! 👍🏼
