I called Roo's on Monday night after my 25+ year-old AC stopped blowing cold air. Justin quickly set up an appointment and gave me a fair estimate that was $4,000 less than another company I had spoken with. They were able to install the very next day, and the team did an excellent job--professional, efficient, and clean. We couldn't be happier with the service and value. Highly recommend Roo's Heating & Air and we will be using them moving forward for our AC and heating needs.

Response time was great. They arrived within hours. They charged me $49 to diagnose the unit. Said I needed a new fan motor and coil. I bypassed the capacitor and the fan motor turned on. I changed the capacitor myself, a $20 part on Amazon. And my unit is working great! They tried to up-sale me to a new fan motor that I didn’t need! The fan turned on fine! Please be careful with this company! They quoted me $7900 and I fixed it for $20 myself

Ran into the company at the home and garden show. I spoke with the owner ruben and his family . They seemed very pleasant. Received a quote for an A/C /Heater tune up for $49.00. Excellent price cant wait to receive the service.

He intuitively understood the homeowner’s perspective of collaborative communication for great customer relations, which translates inti elevating the status of the company he represents…”Roo’s Heating and Air Conditioning” as well as his technical skills.
I also want to commend Nicole, the office manager for her sincere and genuine customer service. She follows up on matters of billing and scheduling with proficiency. I can see why Roo’s is flourishing.

Brian was a great source of help with our unit. He was very informative and answered all of my more than 20 questions. He also helped replace my return air vent filter as it was ready for that when he came. He was very polite and professional. Just got a brand new system installed. Worked with Ruben, they have the best price in the valley. We priced out everyone and they beat them hands down. Got a beautiful Lennox system installed in one day with fast and professional service. I cannot recommend them enough. They will get all my referrals and business from here on out.
