Can not praise this business and its employees enough. Justin as well as the other employees were very attentive and did not hesitate to explain things clearly to me. Not once did I feel like my concerns or questions weren’t being met. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

John responded promptly twice within 9 days, including a visit on a Saturday, which I truly appreciated.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the HVAC service received from John & Cameron! From start to finish, everything was Top-notch. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and took the time to explain the issue with my system. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time!

Polite, professional tech serviced annual preseason-job, completed with actual photos on condions of roof-mounted units. $ was what they advertised on their ads. ( no hidden fees). I consider them to be honest business people in town and will use them again.

After experiencing outrageous quotes from other companies judging our business as everyone wanted to over quote. Porter came out and fixed our issue and was honest and transparent.Decided to give them a try at my home and let Robert know my past issues with over quoting & transparency and he let me down by over quoting and misdiagnosing my problem.I wanted a second opinion due to no one touching my unit and another company did it for half the price and without the 2 day wait as it was a basic issue. The girl in the office has great service.

Roo’s was awesome! I had a breakdown later in the day and they were able to come out and help when nobody else would. I was pleasantly surprised that they were more cost effective as well, and did not charge me extra for what I saw as an emergency issue.
Anthony was very nice and pleasant. He explained what was going on and listened to all my dumb questions.
I will be honest in saying they gained a permanent customer. I liked them so much I signed up for the annual service instead of continuing with my original provider.

Definitely lived up to their commitment. Was completely happy with both their customer service and the work they provides my home with. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of HVAC service!! 5 stars well deserved!

My furnace stopped working on Sunday evening. I asked friends for a recommendation and they gave me Roo’s Heating and Air. I called Monday morning, they came and diagnosed the program in the morning. At first, they weren’t certain if they could come back to install the new part on Monday (because of other appointments), but they did. They came in the late afternoon, installed it, and it’s working! It was very efficient and professional.

Couldn't find the paperwork to see if my ac motor was still under warranty. The guys at Roo said it didn't matter it still wasnt going to be free. I told them I knew that but it would be cheaper then the $1600 they wanted to charge me. Didn't like that answer so called Allbritten who said the warranty number is on the unit. He called and found out it was under warranty. He also cleaned the coils and wondered why Roo didnt do that when they came out. Saved myself $1100. These guys did not seem to care about the customer only making as much money

Our AC went out overnight or at least stopped cooling, i called a few places but being in the middle of summer i couldnt get anyone to come out today, I got lucky contacting Roo's. Our Capacitor went out and our guy diagonsed and fixed everything in less than an hour... not only that but Cameron was great at explaining and sharing visiuals of the issue at hand. Not to mention, usually I ask questions and i get a lot of condesending tones and very short answers but he had a great attitude and was super helpful in explaining the situation. I am very happy I went with Roo's rather than our usual go to guys, Ill be back if I ever need more help .... hopefully not soon though (crossing fingers)

2 visits (inspection service calls ) very polite , very open in listening to my explanation of my issues , very transparent on discovery and solution. Highly recommend in selecting this company , to use in getting a fair honest resolution to the issues you may have and require a professional

Our air conditioner went out and they were here within one hour with a technician. Our AC unit was fixed within an hour and serviced. Very reasonable price would definitely use again!

Used Roo’s heating and air conditioning for a tuneup on my unit. They were prompt, quick and efficient. They were able to tune up my unit and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. Which a lot of companies around town normally. 10/10 Would recommend them to our family and friends for future services.

Scheduled the day before and came the next day it is great because of heat. Told me about a noise that I was not aware of and fixed it. Got cleaned and the A/C cooling again cannot complain.

I don't trust HVAC people, but these guys accurately diagnosed my issue and seemed to run a fair business. Was impressed by the service, and I'd go with Roos over Balanced, Lee's, etc.

Owner is rude and doesn't listen to customers, wants to sell what he wants. I won't do businesss with a poor businessman who tells me how to spend my money.Roo stands for (rude old owner).
